But hell to the naw, this confession moment wasn't happening the way PWX envisioned. Instead, we hear QB screaming like a banshee, PWX name. He looks up from his qin, hair flowing looking all fine, and he was looking fine too; seeing QB being chased by assassins jacking up his field of buttercups. Blood everywhere. Things just destroyed. The look on his face was total dumbstruck that this was even happening. It was definitely a surreal moment for him. I was feeling for my man.
I have to say QB's matrix moved off the horse was fly! She can't go down that's for sure. Then she had her one back up Beyonce gurl SY holding it down capturing all the other assassins.
But the aftermath, child, PWX picked up the mic and laid it out to QB. I mean for real. You cannot even be hating on him for him feeling that way.

Someone who needs to sit down is SRH, Sourpuss brother. He just told SY everything that Sourpuss told him about QB. I still say that SRH and SY are going to fall out along the line. He takes his brother side no matter what and that is going to be a major issue. I'm looking for something to happen to SY. She can't single forever. Someone is going to put a marriage offer on the table sooner rather than later.
Can we talk about PWX playing the love game? Yes, he knows how to do it. But you all know where I'm going here. How long does the brother have to wait? This is the second go round. QB should have it together. Then you know Sourpuss is going to jack her feelings up again and put her in doubt with PWX because he was brought back too!!! Say what? I know right.
XLQ from the Xie fam is trying to take QB down for an assassination attempt. But gf is on point. That damn jade pendant is coming into play again. She is going to take them down because is the assassin his XLQ's son? You notice has SX is always chilling now. He doesn't say anything.
Sourpuss has insight to know the chain of events too. So, QB and PWX have to stay in sync no matter what. But with her self-doubt and trust issues, this is going to pose a problem for her but then PWX has issues to because of Sourpuss so he will be doubting too.

I personally am enjoying the pacing, the flow and the storyline. Plus "my husband" Xu Kai is in it and that's enough for me. The man is FLY! He just has to walk into a room and the woman are swooning. Tan Song, I like her. I feel like this pairing is good. Can't wait to see the romance being to form.
But can we STOP with the damn bows! You all know I hate those bows. GF was wearing a banging evening gown and had some jacked up black bow in her hair. Girl stop! You are close to 30 remove the bow. You want Xu Kai; you better think again about that bow. Oh wait, he doesn't like you that way anyway!

I have finished this drama. I feel it was ok. I think that it could have been wrapped up nicely at 12 episodes.
I think the first several episodes were good but became mundane after that, so much so until I felt it was dragging.
The ML and FL, I'm sorry but I did not feel any chemistry between them at all. The problem I had is that I felt when he went from a scholar to someone, shall we say "modern." You could see the transformation. With the FL, I felt they left her in teacher mode. She had suits that looked very dowdy on her and weren't becoming. Her hair was always braided, and I do like a good braid, they did nothing for her. She was a designer. Her clothes didn't have to look like they were couture but just more becoming and not like a teacher.
That was my problem, I saw her as a teacher and him as a student, but I just couldn't get around to seeing them as a couple or romantic. They are both nice looking, but I just don't think this drama with them worked for me.
You know how we get when there is a sale. I was cracking up. And you know that is how we all are when it is Christmas times. Don't say, "Blue light special." Folks falling down...so funny!!!

Now, we have to deal with YB. He is just a pain. Asking the Empress to decree for him and JSL to be married. Dude was desperate that is why he did what he did at the garden party. LRQ is all distraught because he likes her. But it looks like JSL calls him out about how he feels about her. Then I think LRQ was leaving and YB comes over to see JSL and he is trying to see what is going on.
Can we please remove BY from being in the space of JXB and YNX. YNX gets on my nerves always trying to be so nice all the time. BY needs to stop interfering with them. She already hooked him up with an eye. YB asks BY to kill JXB.

You know what, I just want to slap SRQ aka Sour Puss. He works my nerves seriously. Now, you know LR aka Queen Bee was all about her man being back from falling off the cliff. She did not have time to even entertain that dumbass question on marriage from SP. Boy Bye. QB has other things to do like, "Gurl, go get your man."
Yeah, QB was all about seeing her man, but not before we have to have SP try to tell PWX basically that he has more of a chance to be with her than him. But you know our man PWX is not no sucker, he held strong. Oh, he gave SP his backhand and pretty much told him, "I believe you believe that. You just keep thinking you will get QB because guess what? She with me and wait, you don't stand a chance because she didn't marry you in the first place. So, you pretty much need to stop getting in our lane because next time. I'll Optimus Prime your ass and run you down. How about that? " Yeah, I love me so PWX!!!
Then Daddy Emperor, I cannot go without talking about his fine, goatee self. He knows what time it is, and I like the fact that he is still holding strong to keep QB in place. But he also can gauge not giving her too much power to wield. I was sad to see that he put SP with her, but we had to chill out the noble families.
We got to see our Beyonce singing trio "Who Run the World Girls" chillaxing and having some drinks and some girl power discussion. Yeah, you go girls!
Glad to see we didn't have a killing today of the Qin family. XC was on it with taking folks down with trying to kill her fam. And did you see my dude who was Robin Hood and shot that arrow threw that plaque. Boy was so on point.
Love seeing XC with her brother. It was nice she also had her moment with LC aka Nibbles before she left. I mean, my man was trying HARD to keep her there, but she and he really knew it was time for her to check out.
Now, SY and SR, I hate to say it, but I think that SY and QB will have a falling out somewhere along the line and it will be pertaining to SR. Don't know why, but something is going to go down. SR is going to at some point have to choose too. I believe between her and SP.
Oh, did you see SP with the Consort Rou. Yeah, he is getting all of his bases lined up. He is so not what everyone thinks he is. He is more sinister and power hungry than even his brother or fam know. Somewhere along the line we have to bring up Consort Rou's daughter into this mix. She going to have to marry someone who do we think that will be. I hope she puts on the table that SP has to marry her.
Can we talk about PWX and him trying to be all seductive. My man. He was killing me. I wish that QB would catch a hint. But what she does in episode 20. Well, she just crushes him. I mean crushes him. They had an agreement that before either one acted on anything they were to let the other know. Well, she didn't and just ruins everything.
PWX decided to create QB a field of buttercup. But as SY says, they turn into a sea of red flowers. So sad. Check out his flowing hair too. He is pissed because he commissioned someone before they got married to have those buttercups. SY tells QB that PWX was declaring his love. She is breaking his heart. He tells her since the qin is broken, they might as well let everything go. SP says that QB doesn't take the relationship serious, so they are not a good match! HIGH DRAMA!!!

Daddy Emperor is fine. Has that goatee going on. Love when he slams or yells. Daddy doesn't play either. But his power is so limited. I am glad that he understands QB. They really are a lot alike. Can someone tell me what is up with Mama Empress being such a weak link. I mean she is all humbled and beat down. Not even trying to tell SX to take a hike. I need to hear sister girls back story. What happened to her and Daddy Emperor.
LC aka Nibbles knows that XC is his girl. I am glad though he is chilling with not letting anything on that he knows. Too many eyes on this man.
Oh, well I guess I have to talk about him SRQ. He is really on my last nerve with his trying to be all kind, gentle and soft speaking self. You know he is playing both sides. I was screaming when her maid came hollering that PWX was alive I didn't know what to do. I know that SRQ was one hot brother knowing that the opportunity he thought he had "this time" faded away. But you know, he is like a dog with a bone, he isn't going to let it go with her. He is going to keep trying. Poor thing. Oh, and SRH needs to stay in his lane and stop telling SRQ to go after QB. He needs to worry about himself. Yeah, I see him sneaking around.
Loved when QB was the only one who held strong that PWX was alive and told her maid, "Look, if you can give me positive vibes that my man is alive, don't be bringing your "debbie downer" self-up in here. You can just leave up out of my place if you don't believe." Didn't she straighten up really quick. QB doesn't play. When are folks going to learn. She is down for her consort!

I personally am enjoying the pacing, the flow and the storyline. Plus "my husband" Xu Kai is in it and that's enough for me. The man is FLY! He just has to walk into a room and the woman are swooning. Tan Song, I like her. I feel like this pairing is good. Can't wait to see the romance being to form.
But can we STOP with the damn bows! You all know I hate those bows. GF was wearing a banging evening gown and had some jacked up black bow in her hair. Girl stop! You are close to 30 remove the bow. You want Xu Kai; you better think again about that bow. Oh wait, he doesn't like you that way anyway!
Everyone, if you do not like it, cool. If you like it cool. But if you are worried about the ratings, just spread the word that the drama is worth the watch after 3 episodes. Or better yet, be positive in the forum when commenting. It's all good!
I think the first several episodes were good but became mundane after that, so much so until I felt it was dragging.
The ML and FL, I'm sorry but I did not feel any chemistry between them at all. The problem I had is that I felt when he went from a scholar to someone, shall we say "modern." You could see the transformation. With the FL, I felt they left her in teacher mode. She had suits that looked very dowdy on her and weren't becoming. Her hair was always braided, and I do like a good braid, they did nothing for her. She was a designer. Her clothes didn't have to look like they were couture but just more becoming and not like a teacher.
That was my problem, I saw her as a teacher and him as a student, but I just couldn't get around to seeing them as a couple or romantic. They are both nice looking, but I just don't think this drama with them worked for me.
Overall, again, it was ok.
You know how we get when there is a sale. I was cracking up. And you know that is how we all are when it is Christmas times. Don't say, "Blue light special." Folks falling down...so funny!!!
