I think that when you first see her, the life she envisions is not the one that she thought it would be. I think she is reevaluating and looking to take a "peek" into what is going on in Rebecca's life. To see what she is doing. And is envious of what she "thinks" she has over her. There really is not that much affection between her and HRZ that I'm seeing. I believe at that time when his mother got sick and she stepped up to the plate to help out, she was in her zone.
