This reminded me of the Killing Vote in so many ways, but I have to say both had their own vibe but a lot of similarities. The reporter, totally unbelievable that if they are pulling out her fingernails that she would not be screaming in pain. Ok, I just wasn't a fan of hers at all.
I would love to see a second season and for them to kick it up a notch more. Which I think they will. He learned from this, and he will bring it on. It would be nice to see him CH and the crazy executive working together, now that would be interesting.

RRY is just simply badass, no ifs, ands or buts about it. She can hold her own with these guys. It is nice to see such a strong woman portrayed. Another strong woman for RRY was the Empress Shao Jie. She knew that RRY only knew what it was to be just an assassin. I like how she helped her in so many ways. The whole baby thing is her way of letting her understand human affection and humility. She never knew anything but to kill. Her interaction with NYZ and openly asking him questions about why he does this or that. Now, I believe is giving her a different perspective and helping her understand that she can rely on others, and she doesn't need to be alone.
NYZ, mercy!!! That man is all that. I keep seeing the cute little mole by his eye. He is just too fine. But watching him and RRY was poetry in motion when they were fighting. Knowing each other moves, now that was awesome to see! They are just too cute together. To see him jealous when he only got a little flower and YL practically got a bouquet. Was funny!
You know what? YSS is too funny. They are fighting and my man is wearing all white and not a smudge of dirt or blood. That's him to a tee! Looking good even when fighting.
QZ and that big sword, I don't know how he is even lifting it, but he can fight now.
Love the shout out to Lotus Casebook with the tracking of the caravan and the big brandishing of the sword that QZ had and the box that YL was a shout out to Snow Sword Stride.
Well, you know all things must come to an end. In episode 10 we see that RRY has to fight them because QZ finds out she is one of the Scarlet Guard which we know that NYZ said not to mention due to how he felt. YSS tries to defend her and says they need to wait for NYZ to come back but that doesn't happen. The fight is on!! I hope he gets back. I can't have them disband already.

He seriously only had a drink and maybe a half then he starts sprinkling alcohol on his body but his neck. He is too much. But hey, that faking got him in.
No pressure to Ding Ding for the part as the lead in TX’s book, 🤔 I am glad as Ding Ding’s brother and not thinking as a producer, TY told her it was her decision. Not to base it on him getting closer to TX. And he reiterated those same sentiments after she came back from her visit at LZX.
I did feel there was a bit of pressure from both TX and LZX but I think Ding Ding has it well under control.
Looking at the preview for the next episode, it looks like she takes the part but they are starting social media gearing up on her due to her being TY sister.

@gemwendz it went beyond just coming to his office. It was her “stalking” of him that was unprofessional. Even his own assistant put up with this unwarranted behavior. But he too was wrong for covering for her in this way. Ex; driving him home not once but twice. Who drives their boss home? Not me.
When she had meetings with him after the fact, her mannerisms were unprofessional. She always carried an attitude which was not needed. He tried to smooth the air several times but her abrasiveness was scene by LZX too.
Yes, agree we all deal with pain differently but she has just gotten mean and vindictive. Especially since the rejection she has become a tyrant. And that is her word by the way.
She feels that when he approaches her she finds every way to, in my opinion, make him “pay” for the rejection. She knows he is upset and now bothered by what transpired between them and is trying to make it better. Realization on his end has happened. But no matter what he does Ex; the apartment. He offered to help but she then turned it into him working for her without so much as a thank you.
He tried to throw up the “white flag” so to speak and ask her not to be so harsh. She knows it. Yes, she is in pain but she should have stepped up earlier and confessed to him instead of helping him with getting another person he liked.

@Cc2 I am 100% with you. The FL who I saw in Wulin Heroes, and she was just recently in the Blooming, she is NOT one of my favorites. In both dramas, which mind you I dropped Blooming because it was, again to me, stupid she works my nerves.
In here, she is doing good but after she confessed, she has just got downright mean. I can't stand how she is acting towards him. She is so obnoxious. You swear she is the only woman that has been rejected. I am surprised he wants to continue to pursue her with that attitude.

@JadeStar360 don't even get me started on Only for Love. I was so annoyed with that drama. I could not stand all the stupidity that went on for people who were supposed to be so smart they were so stupid. And the best friend of the FL, worse advisor EVER!!!! Then to drag it out the way they did. It was just a hot mess. 6.5 rating at best for me.

I must say I have to agree with TY when he said about her being harsh. Again, I get it that she is mad, hurt all the emotions that one would expect when she has been carrying a torch for TY for so long, confessing and not have reciprocate the feelings in which she thought he would. It's time for her to stop torturing herself because that is such excess energy. She has made her point to him in more ways than one and he gets it hence him telling her he will now pursue her.
I think they both need to separate their professional and personal lives. Work is work and personal is personal those two shall never meet.
