I've watched all 4 episodes. Oh, this drama has already annoyed me with Shi Yue!!! This chick needs to go.
It starts out that SAA is going back over what happened to her "perfect" life that she had with RYM and her daughter.
RYM works in marketing. He believed that he was going to be the manager of marketing but not so fast. His boss decides to bring in Liang Yuan (by the way she is the ex of RYM). You know something is up by the way RYM and LY are looking at each other. That is, they know each other. But RYM is not understanding why she is there for the job or some other reason. Hmm...
SAA (RYM's wife) is basically a stay-at-home wife/mother who also does livestreaming of her cooking. But this woman is too much. Ironing the shirts like you bought them out of the store, making dumplings EVER morning, I mean this woman is super woman (yes, shout out to all those wonderful mothers out there who are doing it!). She feels she has the perfect life and family but not so fast. Here enters the "little Lolita" to ruin her world...Shi Yue, her sister. She was in NYC but came back and was to call SAA to let her know she would be coming. But we all knew she wasn't doing that because she was running from something. I believe one of the guys she knew in NYC took advantage of her, and she ran.
Let me be clear, this chick would not be strolling around in her "daisy dukes" with my man around. Their daughter asks her where her pants were...lol! SY said that is how they wear them in NYC. But gf you are not in NYC. You rolled up in someone else's house which you need to show some respect. SY has already decided she wants to permanently live there the minute she saw the house and RYM.
RYM loves his wife. He makes sure that he gives her praise and just lets her know that he loves her. But when he wants to be intimate with her, she brushes him off. But he still isn't deterred. He bought her some "red shoes" as a surprise because she would wear shoes with color. SAA is in the kitchen and SY tells her she will take the fruit up to RYM. He is changing. Now, isn't customary to knock on the door. Nope she walks right in, and he is changing. He apologizes to her, and she sees the box. He tells her they are for her sister. She tells her she can look at them and then she tries them on. Really? First of all, he bought them for his wife AND they are too small for her to put her big feet in. She crammed them in!
But this chick does some shady stuff: RYM was drinking brandy and she took that from him to drink out of his glass. Dinner, she took the ladle from the soup and tasted it and put it back in telling him to keep it a secret. Then when she saw both of them taking the daughter to the bus stop and hugging each and you could see the jealous look on her face. But when she asks her sister to stay there permanently, my response.... Hell No! Even her best friend RF told her to get her out. She told her she was too nice, and it was going to get her in trouble. Which we can see it is!
The funny part was when SAA came home, she saw that SY was doing nothing, and she told her she needed to do something and leaves the house. But she forgets something goes back in and SY is jamming and wearing her red shoes! SAA tells her to take them off. The attitude she gave her, I would have slapped her for real. She pushes her and then runs out the house basically blames her for not wanting her to stay. Oh, and of course, RYM comes home and see her being pathetic for the umpteenth time and he tells her it will be ok, blah, blah, blah. And she hugs him. This man he is ridiculous, like he should have pushed her away.
RYM finds out that LY is needing an intern for her team, so he tells SY who applies for it. Come on, now you have your ex-gf and your sister-in-law working at the same company. I can't! But LY rejected her, but her boss MADE her hire SY. Oh, and get this, she wore the red shoes! Yes, RYM tells her to get the shoes because she has nothing to wear. SAA is pissed. She tells her that she has other shoes that she can wear and RYM tells her to stop making a big deal about it. I was mad for her too!
Right now, RYM is so on my hit list. First of all, he didn't even tell his wife that the ex-gf was working there. He said he didn't get promoted because they brought in another guy. Excuse? No, it wasn't another guy, it was your ex. Already lying!!! Then in the car going to work, SY kisses him on the cheek because she appreciates his help. Fuming again! Dude, don't you understand anything of what is going on. He isn't that slow.
Meanwhile SAA, gets caught up with RF where she previously worked at the car dealership. RF blows off Lin Yao (cutie) and ask her to sell him the car. He buys it. RF screws up the paperwork, so SAA has to go back and smooth things over with him. He tells her they have to go for a test drive and that RF has 30 minutes to get it right. She does.
SAA tells their daughter that RYM is going to pick them up to take them out to dinner. She first texts SY to tell her there is food in the fridge that she can heat up because they are eating out. But both RYM and SY are in a cafe going over stuff since she just got hired at the same company too. She sees his phone ringing, but he had it on vibrate, she covers it up, so he is none the wiser that she has called.
What I'm seeing is that this drama headed: RYM is going to leave SAA because of SY. RF (who is RYM's sister) will stay with her man even though she acts crazy thinking he is cheating all the time. SAA will get her life and her daughter's life together with her own survival instincts and she will end up with Lin Yao in her life. RYM is going to regret everything and in the end leave SY because he will finally figure her out. Where LY fits into all of this I don't know but I think that SY is too much competition, and she will do her in and make her end up leaving the company.
I only watched like two episodes. I just couldn't anymore. The acting was so bad. She basically is one person that has two personalities. The main personality doesn't want to be married to him but wants to be in a band or contract bands because she can't sing. Something happen to her voice. The second personality wants to stay married to him. She actually passes out and has a conversation in her mind.
Now, her husband, she does divorce him, but the other personality tells him that it was a mistake. So, he thinks that he needs to win her over not knowing she has two personalities.
"It looks to me like all the women and CKH get together to kill Song." This sentence reminded me of "Lady vengeance",…
@JeA I feel so sad for poor Leo. I wonder if they will find a loophole to get him out. But he did do most of the things except he doesn't own the club. This drama is wild to say the least. By the second episode they really had all the players lined up for you.
I dislike Vin in modern dramas where he is cold. although he is very good at being cold...it's boring and draggy
@Sukorra he was the same way in AROTLF. But I see he has a bit more personality than he did in that one. This one I can see he is coming out of his shell more.

I'm glad to see that the women put their differences aside and got it together to start strategizing to bring down their common enemy...SONG!
When DJY ask him, "Why are you doing this to us." His answer only was that it was a coincidence. Killing GDS would not have happened if DJY hadn't have drank the drink intended for GYN. Because Song and GDS already had a plan for that night and DJY messed it up. Hence her begin assaulted and the domino effect was in place. Everything was just a coincidence. Song ran with it because each of them had somehow caught his attention. He said he fell in love with GYN and JYJ. Everything he did he had a reason too. The orphanage he used because the children didn't have parents and it was a perfect cover and a place for the rich and famous to secretly play and feel like they were doing a noble deed. Really?
But at least DJY's father told CKH to move her before Song found her. That was smart but I thought JYJ might give it away when she came to see them at the house where they were all at. She is such a weak link. But she figured out that he cloned her phone and that was a blessing for those women right there.
I feel bad for Leo because he really was set up big time by Song and now, he is in jail. The only person he hasn't gone after is CKH. He has been in the background helping DJY. Thank goodness. I like him. I hope nothing happens to him.
It looks to me like all the women and CKH get together to kill Song. Will we ever know which one kills him? Will it be all of the women? Is that Song in the chair which it maybe an overdose? But I don't think so because the police would have found the body and it looks like they don't. JYJ reports him as missing. How do they set him up will be interesting. It looks like each of the women are using the same method of how he approached them differently to take them down, so they are doing the same tactic to him. A woman scorn is the worst thing. This guy deserves it big time.
But my question is JYP is just hanging in the background too as DYJ's assistant. I feel like he is just too in the background, and he is going to step to the forefront sooner rather than later. He is too chilled, and he hears and sees a lot that she is doing. Does he have a backstory. Especially when it was him, DJY and CKH in the restaurant, some of his glances were suspect to me.
URG!!! I need TY and YH back together. I still say that BXS still has more to hide. I think maybe that Dark Aura might be BXS father? But how was he able to move the screen without anyone ever being able to know it was there. Ok, maybe a spell, I'll give him that. But he has been going in and out of the realm for a long time. So, they didn't know about BXS. What's up with the general too?
Of course, TY and YH know a lot about each other, and I can't wait to see these two get married but who knows what drama is going to happen. But first and foremost, she has to be able to forgive him and not be afraid of him. Hopefully, that will happen.
But I want to know the back story of Zhang Lan/Chen Yi (the blind one). I think he has a good story.
Finished the first 6 episodes. I am enjoying this drama especially after seeing Vin in the bland A Romance of the Little Forest.
Great chemistry between him and JW. He is again playing a scientific individual and has the same personality pretty much as he did in AROTLF. But in looking at the future episodes it looks like he will break out of that personality which I cannot wait to see.
Definitely JW is killing her comedic timing in so many subtle ways of her character. I cannot wait to see them in a romantic relationship:

Yes, as I said, I think that is the issue but, she at some point needs to forgive him in order to help her own mindset and sanity. That also could help with the dark aura. Goodness over darkness. She is in a dark place not willing to forgive him. She has a pure heart and pure nature, forgiveness is one...

She now KNOWS the reason why he did what he did but now she keeps clinching her heart and saying I don't want to see you and you scare. What? But yet BXS who has lied to you every way to Sunday you can jump on his bandwagon. TY even got the girl from the Phantom clan to explain everything to her because he knew she would not listen to him and BXS was trying to cut her off.
I am so bothered by her inconsistency. Yes, he hurt her. The feeling is painful more so because of her feelings for him, but again, isn't it better to forgive and she would at least not have these feelings of pain? BXS I could just slap him because I still think he still has more things that he has not shared still.
Poor TY everyone and their brother wants his heart, this guy can't catch a break.
