I have to say this was an excellent drama! Well executed and the performances were superb. Definitely worth watch.
So, we got to see again JB (who didn't die after all), QR (Su Mingyu's steward) and Su Mingyu's sister.
I loved the fight scene with JB, Su Mingyu, Chief Lu and Mo Bufan's Shadow men were on point with those chains.
Deaths: Kou Yan (SYN's mother) her fight scene was awesome. If she would have not worried about her son, KYJ. But he died at the hands of his sister, SYN, and Prince Fu just made all his people die with him by setting his place on fire.
Prince Fu's daughter did get away because JB came to get her as the fire was ablaze. As usual YX had a plan. But I wonder if her and her uncle, Chief Lu ever came to terms with everything her father had done.
Glad to see that it was a happy ending with YX going to SYN at the end.
This drama was enjoyable to me because of the ML and the SML. The FL, just wasn't doing it for me. She was just so bland. Her expressions just never changed. I think if she would have been a stronger FL it would have been better. But overall, it was a good watch.
As this fascinating drama draws to a close, I knew we had to see folks die: - KQ Master, KQ and Mo Bufan so sad - Of course, we all knew that "the master" was Prince Fu, that was a given - SYN is pretending to be poison and I hope she kick NGF ass! - But Kou Yan knows they are coming to get her because KYJ is determined to become head of the sect. This is going to be such a beatdown. Cause you know mama can fight! - YX has set everything in motion a long time ago just like Prince Fu. Chief Lu is coming and of course I still say QT is back in the game. The pirates are all acting like they are on Fu's side, but I don't think they are. Su Mingyu is handling a lot of things so that they all get away and the plan goes in effect.
Well, finishing this drama, I really wonder why they even called it revenge. It seems to me like she forgot about doing any revenge because she was the one getting either kidnapped or hurt.
There was no revenge to me at all. She never did anything dramatic at all to either one of them.
Yeah, she ended up with GYJ, but honestly it needed a different title.
This story is getting crazy. Now, they are finally paying attention to the daughter after everything that has gone on with her.
The baseball player is now being blamed for sexual assault to the daughter, but they are now also blaming the daughter for initiating it because she found out he was a player. They put her face on TV, social media...it has just spiraled out of control.
Her dad thought he was helping by going on TV and explaining it but just messed it up and should have never said anything. The daughter is losing it and the parents are fighting.
I am glad they told KS what they were doing so we didn't have to deal with that drama. But the stare down at the end felt like forever. Who won? LOL!

Who is the master? Prince Fu? Feeling he just might be and YX is his son. What is SYN going to do? She still cares about YX but how will she let him know what is going on? (By the way, I am loving her outfits and accessories). Is the Princess going to tell Chief Lu what her father is up too? I mean, YX and Chief Lu pretty much predicted what Prince Fu was going to rebel. But there has to be another player on his side besides NGF.
I do like the fact that he disassociated himself from Su Mingyu. I like that couple.
Poor Mo Bofan lost everything! I can't believe he fell into the trap. Now after taken him down SYN has the nerve on NGF behalf to ask Su Mingu to sell him the people who do the silk organza. Seriously? This dude needs to go down. He killed KYJ's sidekick with his fan.
How are they getting out of this mess? YX better have a damn good plan because right about now, it's looking really bad.
Of course, I knew that CKH wasn't going to do anything with GYN. He is just that type of guy. I was glad to see that DJY and GYN are going to work together to bring down Song.
Then YHM is just caught in the trap big time. I mean I thought after she ripped up that card that she wasn't going to go and do drugs. So where did she get that card from? Poor Leo. He is devastated by seeing YHM after all they have been through together.
I am glad Leo went to CKH because at least he told DJY and CKH that he doesn't run the ACE club. Song is definitely setting him up for the fall if anything goes down. But I wish CKH could have told DJY that he had the paperwork for GDS murder. Plus, the trust is even more solid when CKH told DJY about taking GYN to the hotel. Good for him!
And can we please just slap JYJ? She is so annoying and stop wearing white!!! I agree with YHM that she is acting so stupid and being runover by Song. They all told her to check him out, but she didn't now look where she is at. Pregnant and she can't even tell him because now she found out he is a rapist and murder.
I knew something was going to happen at that charity event. That guy that works for GDS's father told all the business so that alerted Song. He was prepared to counterattack DJY. Annoyed that she didn't get away with saying it was him, but I knew it was too soon for him to be exposed.
At least all the ladies are together, and they were at last able to know that Song raped DJY and murdered GDS. But as usual JYJ doesn't believe anything. But I wonder what her next move is going to be because now she has to be scared to death that Song is a ticking time bomb.
I cannot believe that DJY goes to the Angel club (underneath the orphanage no doubt) and she wears the mask that has the DNA on it that Song raped her with. I know she exposed this in front of everyone but now the evidence is gone because she wiped it away. Thank goodness that Leo gave her number of someone out of the country so she could get into the club. I thought she would have had a watch or something that she would be able to take pictures. She is making me nervous because she is in the monitor room and Song is there. How is she getting out?
Why did JYJ bury those tapes? I mean what is the purpose? Most people would have burn them up. She has the one that shows the murder by Song, and she doesn't even know it. Song has too many people put in position and that is why they are always one step behind. These women all need to get together and strategize what moves they are going to take him down. How many times is GYN going to threaten Song to give her, her daughter? Nothing has worked. She says she has DNA to prove it. Why does she always feel the need to expose herself and then he has time to take her down. Can they just do things without telling him? They are so far behind in this game he is playing.

Well, we are finally at the end of this good drama.

To see our favorite couple KS and YD leave to go travel but I wish we could have seen them get married. I wish it would have been a double wedding.
The decision to make JYH emperor was more solidified for KS when his uncle said he was just like him. He didn't want to be that person. He had already begged his grandmother to let JYH be emperor, but I believe he would have still refused even if she would have asked him too. In his heart, YD was his everything and at last he found peace. He was always on the run and looking over his shoulder now it was time for him to just live. I think he made the right decision.
I hope JYH does find his empress and maybe it will be HW since KS restored her status. You never know.
I do have to say, KS could really say some of the best lines. Who couldn't melt with everything he said. And kiss! Ok...loved this couple, all of them really!

Can we talk about those elves? They are too cute. It is going to be interesting to see how much havoc they are going to cause. That little girl is adorable.
But jealousy is creeping in because BXS is coming back on the horizon. Honestly, what is his deal? I believe he is liking YH now. What gives with him marrying SY? Did she cast a spell on him or something because I'm not feeling the attraction between those two at all. Is YH the one that can pull the sword out because he is too anger and too emotional to do it?
As a side note, even though I understood most when parts did not have the transcription, I found that I had to go to dramacool to fill in some of the pieces. Is anyone else experiencing that on YOUKU app?
