OMG! Was this such a good drama. It was just the right number of episodes. Pacing, cast, everything was just on point. I can't wait for season 2. Definitely, in my opinion, a must watch.

Oh, wait until you see the previews, XL marries someone else in order for the king not to kill her. It looks like she is going to fake her death in order to get away and go back home. Where more drama awaits her since everyone now knows she is a woman.
What I don't get is the queen is trying to help the king. Yeah, he is a weak ass but if he would learn to work with the queen, he would be better off. His time on the throne along with her would make them an awesome power couple.
I wonder what was in the water that Lady Kim put in when she told CR she would make it up to her when the king didn't sleep with her.
My bet is that KB who is being the scapegoat for all those land deals, might side up with the queen and help bring some folks down.
The queen's brothers are a hot mess. They are always causing some kind of drama.

She is NOT the only person that has had things happen in their life. She acts like she is the only one. Again, never allowing individuals to speak. She needs to start facing all of her issues that she is carrying and state them. It continues to be so nauseating to watch.
This "push and pull' is annoying. And stop throwing CYS a bone of what you feel is affection. She treats him like her damn pet. Her brother is gone and she put him basically in his place per se. Always protecting him but to me, she is just nothing but a bully. And is continues to be so.
CYS he either stays on the pot or just get all the way off and move on. I get it she was his first everything. But dang, the way she treats him, who the hell would want to stay with her.

Ok, can we just talk about it, I know I said it, but the braiders, are all that! The hair is rocking. And the beads and ornaments in them are slaying along with the outfits. Everyone is slamming their looks. Yes, give it up to those behind the scenes who worked hard to give us these amazing looks. Ivan Ai, thank you for these looks, you go you!
Now, I cannot, I mean it, I cannot deal with the princess. Girl needs slammed like Cher did Nicholas Cage in Moonstruck. Girl needs to snap out of it and stop treating SQM like some damn pet. Whistles and picking a dog and giving it to him. Girl bye. He's a grown ass man. And that voice of hers. URG! Too much. Can she get kidnapped and be gone for, oh I don't know, until episode 29.
The sneaky maid that is with JQL, she's a piece too. We need her to get caught and that is coming soon. But she is so loyal to LZZ that she will make up some lame story that she did everything on her own. In episode 18, yeah, her ass gets caught trying to poison XL. See how she gets out of that.
XL, my man is loving JQL HARD!!! When he told her that if he gave her his whole heart, could she do it in return. Dang, he looked like he was punched in the gut when she just didn't respond. I was glad though; he did get back with her and they settle for the moment their difference.
Can LZZ not seeing he is being played by LFY. She has her own agenda and is using him big time. Idiot. I think he sees it, but he is trying to convince himself that she still loves him like before. NOT!!! Boy you better wake up.
But wait until you see the preview in episode 19. He finally finds out that LZZ is the one that is trying to stop him from being the Wolf Lord. Talk about devastated. Oh, and now we are talking about him getting married and not to JQL. Yeah, let's see him handle that. Won't happen.
