Ha! So you are saying that unless I pay to subscribe (if I can from the US-and I won't) I won't see the episodes on the KBS World Channel, but that the you tube channel will put them up with subs when the drama is finished?

Do you have a link to their YT page? I was on a website. Tues has passed.. so interested to see if it is on. I guess i am not familiar with this KBS World, and would appreciate you pointing out where it is through a link, the one that is airing the subbed episodes.

I tried to find that and only see trailers. Do you mean 24 hours after both episodes?

:-) I shall! I need to go to bed soon but I might try to watch the first episode. It's only four part so I should be able to watch it in its entirety fairly quickly. So episode is not that far away. Tissues at the ready!

I agree- totally! You know, in the J version- it seemed so unrealistic to have a happy ending- it didn't really go with the tone. Here, it did-though I'm still not sure how realistic it was, we NEEDED it after all those tears (yes, finally happy tears!) and more character development time ! I liked the adoptive mother too and they fleshed her out more--though having all of the daughters be adopted was a bit much in the 15th episode. I felt like that episode was a bit "fillerish" to me even if the plot lines made sense. Overall, very few flaws, tremendous acting, great tears ;-), and deeper meanings. That little girl! I loved it! I rarely watch things twice but I might have to watch both versions again sometime!

Yes, I just finished a couple hours ago- I never saw it on your list so I thought you were waiting to binge watch! It was so excellent! The only thing I missed from the J version was how central the biological grandmother (barber shop lady in K drama) was to the story-I wish she would have been in it more and they changed one of the key things regarding her and her daughter's story.

Hi there- yes, I saw they added the fan page, but don't know if that will make a difference. Thanks for the dates-I thought it was next Wed and now i have to wait longer! I need something to watch but have been so picky lately! Not sure what is truly very, very good or better!

Do you know what day this starts? Mid- January? I bought a year's membership to Viki and have used it just a few times because they didn't carry what I was watching. Bummer. I need to rethink it next year.
