Also i love how FL framed up the picture of ML sleeping to signify that they're together, that's lowkey kinda…
You know the doctor has to be professional around them. Patients cry, patients get violent, the doctor's response is 100% scripted "this is the rule", "this is our obligation" word for word rehearsed over and over
Watch my heroic Husband, same director, many of the same actors on this show. Similar background music, costume,…
Yeah that might be a problem. The novel Heroic Husband had the main guy as a pretty weak looking guy too but he ends up killing the bad people over and over like a sociopath. The show is made it into too much of a comedy.
Yes most of villains are all internal. External villains are the other 8 countries which the main character has go to each one to build relationship with. Thats sort of the theme of the novel
Nope, the main guy is a heart surgeon and so far we have seen no open chest in any way
Right that girl Tang Hua will just suddenly yell at the patient out of nowhere during a conversation in public between her supervisor and the patient. Stuff like "Dont you know this is wrong" "Why dont you do this / that". I remember the episode where the little girl with the bad kidney whose dad is too poor to do dialysis, it's constantly "why didnt you do this earlier" over and over. What part of the guy being poor dont they understand. Then there is the guy who who was paraplegic now dying of terminal cancer who tried to commit suicide. Now he wants to refuse treatment and threatened to sue the hospital. The interaction became we must do everything we can to extend your life whether you like it or not. More lecturing there. That story concluded with them offering the patient who used to be a teacher a way to just teach students online at home as a reason to continue living

Yes a lot of white coat standing around arguing with angry patient/families and each other. When they argue with each other it's not over medical cases either, it's over the philosophical aspects of different perspectives of the patient and families and societal vs individual conflicts.
There is a lot of doctors constantly injecting their own morality into the patient cases and lecturing them in public.
