I think he did it to take the King's attention away from her. He was using her as blackmail and as a way to lessen…
I have my doubts too, but someone I know who watched this drama told me about this theory. It made some sense albeit not too much, so I've just been agreeing with it. If you've thought of something else please do tell.
Some please clarify for me, did he shoot his wife to raise the fighting spirit of his people or what?
I think he did it to take the King's attention away from her. He was using her as blackmail and as a way to lessen the opposing force's spirit, so I think what happened was that Gil Dong shot Ga Ryung to show the king that his tactic wouldn't work and that he'd still fight despite it. And yeah...I guess raising his people's spirits was another reason too.
I also don't think he meant to kill or fatally wound her, because of this flashback earlier, that demonstrated how accurate Gil Dong's aim when he hit a strawberry with a rock from a few feet away. I'm sure that he only hit her close to her vital organs, but not directly at them.
I believe it's because Yoo Jin seems to be interested in Jae Ha on a very personal level. At least I got the feeling…
I just recently finished it. How are you liking it so far? While I disagree that there is a love triangle, I still kinda ship him with CHoi Yoo Jin. The FL is too useless and bland for me to ship him with her.
I was fine with it until episode 8. Complete cringe fest after that. I just skipped through everything else until the end. Do I regret watching this show? Yes. It was a complete waste of time.
Episode 21, xu xu was thrown off a moving train but didn't get any scratch!!??
She fell on grass, so she didn't get a scratch, but she was still clutching her shoulder and walking with a bit of a limp after...so she didn't get out completely unscathed.
And I was really hoping for CT to win something...So many people drop it after the first few episodes because…
I wouldn't say underrated. Afterall, It got high ratings on MDL, but I can't say the drama is for everyone. The romance is very slow, but at the same time, sizzling!
I'm glad that R:TWSTP won a couple of awards. In my opinion, it deserved more, but that's just my bias talking. Goblin should have never won Best Romance or Best K-Drama, but since this is basically a popularity contest I can't really be mad. Despite that, I still have to admit that the bromance in Goblin was 10/10.
