I really enjoyed this, Louis is one of my absolute favorite kdrama characters I've seen so far and I really liked the other characters in this show as well. It was a light hearted, genuinely funny and enjoyable watch most of the time.
But, I think this would've been better if it had been some episodes shorter, it did feel really draggy in some parts. Maybe even 12 episodes would've been enough.
And for me the forced childhood connection in the last episode was so freaking cringe I almost wanted to drop the score by half a point just for that. But since I really enjoyed the show and the characters 90% of the times, I'll still give it 9/10.
is it only me or anyone is suspicious of Prosecutor Cha as Gopuri? I think he is a prosecutor like FL brother…
I'm suspicious of him too. Though I don't think he's the murdered, didn't he roll up his sleeves when he was first introduced (or I remember completely wrong lol)? The murdered is supposed to have a burn scar on his arm... But he just gives off that suspicious vibe that he's somehow involved.
I'm really hyped for this. The first four episodes were both hilarious and intriguing. The cafe characters are the best gang!
My only problem is the FL. I usually don't like jumping into the FL-hate wagon, but this time the character really is annoying. Hopefully the character will get better later, though so far she isn't hindering my enjoyment of the show that much.
Were korean ratings bad? Just finished Tomorrow and loved it
Yes, average was 3,4%, while other resent MBC Friday-Saturday dramas rated much better, Tracer had 7,6% on average, The Red Sleeve had 11% and The Veil had 8,3%. Netflix is propably the only hope for season two, but even that's sadly unlikely.
Isnt this supposed to come out in 2022? We dont even have a trailer.
I remember reading on Twitter that some reporter claimed it'd come out in December, but it's just an unconfirmed rumor, so I'd take it with a grain of salt. But here's hoping it will come out this year.
The profile picture now makes him look much older than he usually looks and he usually has long hair so slicked back short hair isn't a really natural look for him...
Tomorrow season 2 would be a dream come true, I loved the cast and it talked about important issues. I loved his character, even though surprisingly many didn't like him. Sad about the Korean ratings so it's probably impossible.
Has Junho been confirmed yet? Also people are calling it an action drama, but the synopsis doesn't sound like it at all, is there an article with a longer plot?
I hate rebirth animes and would usually avoid the subject on any media form, but it's Song Joongki??? Hopefully it will be good enough I can get over the cringe and enjoy his new work in peace.
