love your review!! But what is UWMA? Sry if its like super popular series but i never heard of it...
Ooh girl, uwma stands for Until We Meet Again. ( Don’t worry, it’s okay if you haven’t heard of it—it’s an older BL series, but definitely worth watching ) It is considered one of the OG BL series. Many of today’s well-known BL actors started their careers from this show—like Boun, Prem, also earth , Perth, ( not their first series ) and many more. Back in the day, there was even a rivalry between Studio Wabi Sabi and GMMTV fans… those were golden days. Anyway, such good memories. This one is really good—you should watch it when you feel like having a good cry.
I haven't read the manga but as some readers stated there was scene of jin raping drunk akin I'm glad it didn't…
I understand it might be confusing, but just watch it, and you’ll get it. Let me explain from the start. Junta has been addicted to Takato/Akin from the beginning. He knows that if he doesn’t make a move, Akin would never notice him. So, after Akin gets drunk, Junta deliberately brings him to his place, and Akin starts revealing some hidden truths while drunk. Junta records this conversation to blackmail him when he sobers up. When Akin wakes up and sees the video, he’s shocked and decides to offer Junta a wish as a way to make up for it. However, Akin doesn’t know that Junta will ask him to sleep with him. When the request is made, Akin feels unable to refuse, which is where the confusion about consent comes in. So, this is the “SA” that people are mentioning—it's a complicated situation, with elements of both consent and lack of consent.

This scene is happening in an upcoming episode, and we don't know if they’ll add it or not. It's not really an actual SA (sexual assault), though. Jin may approach Akin without his consent, but if you understand the characters deeply, you'll see that Akin is also attracted to Jin’s charm. While watching the anime, I didn’t feel it as SA, but in this series, it might be portrayed differently. Don’t worry, girl, it’s Thai BL They will think twice before adding that.
Some people are saying they didn’t do justice to the anime, but I want to clarify a few things I understand. First, Japan and Thai filming styles are different, and so is the audience. 1. The anime is really short, with only 13 episodes, each around 20-25 minutes. For the live-action, they have to add more background stories to fill 45-minute episodes, which is necessary to engage the audience. 2. The story in the anime actually starts from the second movie, and what’s happening in the live-action is closer to the third episode. The first and second episodes of the series are more of a memory or flashback in the manga, which is why you might not remember them. Adding these extra stories helps fill in the gaps, like explaining why Jin is so drawn to Akin. 3. The police storyline is probably new because it might have been easier for the production team to film than a hospital scene. Lastly, it would be boring to watch the exact same thing as the anime. We want something different, something special, and they delivered it beautifully.
now some weird and over analyzing people are starting to call Sunghyeon a red flag over him being "too care" &…
Yeah right.., sunghyeon is pure gem. He could have stopped Daon from going with Suhyeon that night, but he respected his decision and waited outside—not out of clinginess, but out of concern. Daon didn’t even know what true love was; he only knew the manipulative people around him. Seonghyon just wanted to show him, "Baby, this is what you call love." And I absolutely love him—both in the manga and the series. He is a bliss. And how crazy is it that people admire physical abuse of suhyeon as chemistry? You all say they were cute in their college days, right? Not at all. You guys should read the manga—then you'll see why Suhyeon is not a match for Daon. He was abusive back then, just as he is now.
In the manga do they give Jaemin a back story more? like this dude kinda went from sane to insane and I have trouble…
I would say he is a psycho, but we can't ignore the fact that he is a criminal. He approached Daon first because he liked him, but after realizing that Daon liked Su Hyeon, that liking turned into an obsession. That’s why he did all this—he wanted Daon to depend on him forever. He doesn't like anyone liking or getting attached to Daon. He is a real psychopath.
After watching Episode 6, I can assure you that the story is well written. If they had followed the exact same scenes as in the manga, we would have lost our patience by now. In the manga, I always felt that Seong Hyeon deserved much better than anything in the world. But here, the writing is so well done that we can understand every character more, and even Daon isn’t testing our patience as in the manga.
You can search it on Google.. it's everywhere

He is a real psychopath.
The impact was so strong. I can't go back to being normal.
