Also as far as i have heard it wud only affect the drama starring Zhang linghe and zhai xiaowen which is based on bl novel ~heavens official blessing~ and they wud probably go ahead with some cuts... Actually it's said that they wud air that drama because of the immense success that untamed got I just checked after reading this untamed is still available on wetv and that too in vip and also on the Tencent video yt channel....

Hmm banning actors/esses is the most favourite pass time for the Chinese authorities.... One mistake and u are gone forever..... To me also kissing scenes are not the definition of romance but these cute are actually removing those little moments which could have made it different... But nevertheless.. ratings are already dropping they'll soon understand that they ruined something which could have been a top rated drama... & Untamed??? What happened to untamed??? But u know youku earlier did this when WOH was airing they did cut a few dialogues and scenes but later on released another full version without those cuts.. it was the uncensored version. why can't iqiyi do the same i mean like releasing the full version after this one finishes airing... & from the romance with eunuch thing u just said they won't cut these scenes anymore now that the FL knows that he's a fake eunuch.. or will they still cut scenes... Well let's stop thinking about them cutting scenes and just enjoy what we get as yinlou said "we are humans not immortals if we think we can do everything our way then we wud be too arrogant " 😂

I really don't get it why they are making all those censor cuts in the "overseas version" i mean we don't have such censorship in our country and we can watch those scenes then why? And tbh i really don't understand what's wrong with all those cut scenes...we all know that Chinese dramas are never explicit ( like few k dramas that's why i watch c dramas only lol) so why impose such strict and irrational cuts..

Dramas are a source of entertainment for us but for the producers they are just commercial products and they need to make profit out of them.. They already paid Zheng shuang earlier ( not to forget she used to be one of the most expensive actress) and then they wud invest so much in CGI with no guarantee of making profits.. do u think it is feasible in the business world? No one would dare to do this even if it's possible.. Afterall it's the money that matters... Also they wud rather create a new drama instead of working on drama that was shelved long ago... So there is practically no hope of seeing these dramas...
