Many people tend to be offended when someone criticises their favourite actor but I hope they stop jumping at the person especially if they are polite in their comment. I tried to watch remember you, but I have trouble watching thai dramas so I thought about watching tunnel's thai remake. Btw I have a question, is the tunnel remake the same as the original scene by scene or it has some variation?
I actually liked this better than the original kdrama version. I mean, the kdrama was almost perfect except for…
That's alright. We all have actors who we like and who we don't like. The ML in the original Tunnel is my most favourite actor but I won't take offence as I also have several actors I don't like. Some I haven't even seen their acting, but still don't like them. Hoping to like this remake as the original one is my favourite.
Even though it's only 2 min per episode, it's weird how well made the drama is even if it's only in the special effects aspect. Don't know where the story is leading though.
Welp I guess this will be more dramatic than the original ver. First 2 episodes and I already notice they change…
Haven't seen the original version, but the way you described it, I was able to understand how it was. I think they added too many villains because almost every thai dramas has a evil stepmom, cheating ex, and almost ever female character out to scream and hit the female lead. This is one of the reasons I don't watch many thai dramas, if none. Just here for Film and Bifern's chemistry.
Oh no! I hope it won't get darker. The balance between darkness and light is just enough, in my opinion...
I also think that the balance is perfect but the way they are showing the dark bits at the start and end of the episode, it seems it will get darker, but if it didn't and they still manage to show the mystery, I'll be impressed. Many shows tend to show mystery at the beginning and then fizzle out towards the end and I would hate it if it happened to this drama.
Haven't seen much romantic j-dramas but Takahata Mitsuki and Tanaka Kei easily have one of the best chemistries. They just look so natural with each other. I wonder if it's going to get darker each episode (which I would really like).
Maybe I will try watching Wanthong. It had me interested when it was airing but I decided not to as it's hard for me to watch dramas of that era. As an actress herself, I thought Jooy will be able to do it better but I guess not and I thought that YAMH was her first show, is it not?
So the stepbrother traumatized Yutaka about eating and wouldn’t accept him; then criticizes him for not going…
"Why didn't you come home for our father's 60th birthday. We were just going to damage you mentally like we used to when you were little." Why even tell him to treat them like a family when you yourself are not going to do that? I really hate families like this and after reading so many AITAs, there are a lot of them. I'm really glad that Yutaka is staying away from them but I what I would really like is if he goes NC with them until they get their sh*t together or if they don't (like most of them), break off the relationship completely after telling them off.
You mentioned the one genre that I despise the most, slap and kisses. I find that genre toxic and not at all likeable. But to each their own. As for Davika, she is a very good actress, but I don't seem to get invested in her dramas. I tried watching my ambulance, and just couldn't continue it. The male lead was toxic for me and I couldn't understand why she would like him and the plot didn't seem to go anywhere. The only drama I completed of hers was You Are My Heartbeat, which although had lot of potential, it managed to fail in delivering it.
Why you ask. Her past dramas have not been much appealing to watch. Her co-actors, while they are successful on their own, don't seem much compatible with her (at least looks wise). Then when she was confirmed to star with Push, I was so happy as they both looked so good together, but the script, direction and everything else went wrong. But I think I'm just biased towards thai dramas because most of them I've tried to watch are just a big mess.
So I watched the first episode and it managed to keep me interested to wait for the others to get subbed, but I'm not sure what the plot is. Is it about one of the three women in her life who steal her lover or someone trying to get revenge on her? Nevermind, I read the whole synopsis on their YouTube channel and it will be interesting to see Davika in this type of role.
Also, why did she name her brand 'All about Vinegar'? It didn't sound like a skincare brand, but more like a food brand.
