I've tried to submit a request to remove the "thriller" tag because it's misleading, and to add the "comedy"…
It's not misleading, just not precise enough. "A psychological thriller is a genre that aims to unsettle the audience by exploring the depths of the human mind and the fragility of perception within a suspenseful framework" Literally everyone in RL is scheming, withholding info and deceiving or being deceived with unpredictable results or committing offences or crimes of the various severity levels. That's it.
"Thriller is a genre of fiction with numerous, often overlapping, subgenres, including crime, horror, and…
A psychological thriller. It's not necessarily about action. It delves into emotional turmoil, internal struggles, existential dread... you know, like in Hitchcock's "Marnie" or "Birds". ;) Look up a psychological thriller as a genre.
UPDATE: Im glad the company is finally putting action into this. Those people who continued to spread toxic deserves…
Thank-you-fucking-eventually! Earlier swung by to check up what's going on in the commentary section and the universe tilted - I hit the skids into a filthy bochinche room. Ended up with cascading horizontal lacerations to the ribs, femurs, tibias on both the anterior and posterior planes. Need a bath of chlorhexidine and a couple of hours on a shrink couch. Going to rewatch BTS to relieve pain. Full stop.
yeah I tend to agree. I stopped watching the bts because it feels like I'm invading the actor's privacy and it…
Dunno, the anathomy of this scene is so complicated: the structure, pace, emotions... and it's a one-take shot. CC goes ballistic and everything that we witness seems to be so raw as if it weren't an act but something real. A mix of passion and violence, resistance and submission, arousal and carnality. Perhaps, it was hard for the actors to pull themselves out of that specific headspace, so it feels awkward and sore, as though both of them were still fueled by those heavy emotions after the director yelled, "Cut!" 'M glad that the scene didn't appear in the final cut since it lacks consistency with the character portrayed by Tian Xu - in one of the episodes CC admitted that he's incapable of using force against WW, - the clinic scene is their second sexual encounter. Can it be so violent? Sorry, fuck, no! I would find it OK if they were engaged in such a scene a couple of years after provided that WW eventually enjoyed BD. Sorry for invading your thread with such difficult stuff.
Complicit in human trafficking? Where'd you get it? CC is involved in the ring of illegal snake fights non-existent…
Oh, that one. Here we are again talking about the abuse of a position of vulnerability and a necessity of punishment, retribution and restitution. No, thank you. Not going down that lane.
Like, I love him for what he did behind the scenes to help clear JXS name (from the past) and punish that bastard…
I would always prefer a face to face confrontation. Bloody hell, Wang Shuo could've planted some powder kegs or simly left evidence of his innocence for CC to discover. Still, I don't believe that sleazeball. There's something wrong with how he smirks, glances and tugs the guys down the memory lane. :-(
Ok, so I debated with myself about posting this because I know I'm probably about to piss off everyone in these…

CC is involved in the ring of illegal snake fights non-existent in real life. Nah, that can be arranged, but it's so complicated since it can be done only during the snake mating period, with a femal specimen present and the snake "dance" not the fight could last long hours upto 9 hours taking the species into account.
Haven't you noticed how many viewers have defined CC as a RED flag, I've come across some commentaries where he was called BLACK flag. Can I call him a PIRATE flag? The coloures of the triage algorithm applied to describe the character reveal the audience not being indiscriminate voracious hog. They are aware of all possible implications of CC's destructive doings - there's no glitter or golden powder, or glorification to be found .

D'you think that Wang Shuo meant what he said? That jealous shithead! And his obnoxiously crude remark on Chi Cheng & Guo Cheng Yu being... so close. I'm about to combust!
Nah, won't attack, only chew a li'l bit. ;) The show doesn't need to be perfect for folks to enjoy it. :) It's…
Am not scary, "yī shī" Jiang Xiao is. He used Guo Cheng You's musculus gluteus as a dartboard and syringe as projectile! And instead of a nice set of anal dilators, "yī shī" purchased aphrodisiacs for Wei Wei.
No, no, no! Give me bereavement, profound sadness, emptiness, despair to shock, numbness, guilt and regret! They are going to be so beautiful when crying!
Watch the cigarette and snake terrarium industry go up! Oh, and that aphrodisiac scent :)))
Sorry, it's hard for me to navigate through your emotional storm. I've had no intention comparing typical behavioral patterns observed in humans and snakes - I find it counterproductive. Admittedly, thank you for sharing your thoughts.

The perfect cooperation of the crew. Nice!
