I'm actually quite happy with the ending, specially the sisters part. It leaves hope for an IRIS 3 with Kim So Yeon back on the main cast!

Mr. Black wasn't the big boss of IRIS, if I remember correctly, he was only in charge of a part of Asia, they could make it about IRIS as a whole.
Also, I hope to god the main characters are the 2 sisters, their scene was pretty badass!
