I think the problem lies with the directing/screenwriting.. the way the story is being presented is all over the place.. to where the story became sloppy and dull and it didn't give me that feeling of oh whats gonna happen next.. it became almost where i didnt really want to know anymore.. and i would just turn the whole thing off.
This was difficult to watch. Ryan Ding is one of my fave actors and have watched all his shows.. but if an episode is taking me more than 2 days to watch each.. and im usually a binge watcher.. ugh im gonna have to let this one go.. on to the next show 💜

Lol i guess im not the only one who noticed the botox. I agree actors and actresses.. its kind of to their disadvantage having botox cuz how are they supposed to portray emotions on their face when their face cant move.. cant even frown or move their eyebrows..

Just literally started this show.. im on episode 3ish.. i am seriously lost and confused lolol what is happening?! I have no idea what the FL is doing.. help me. Cuz if i take it for what i understood.. shes using the Wei family?? And now theyre all dead so shes still gonna use the little brother? Someone help so i can move on with some clarity lolol

Thanks for the insight.. never really paid attention. Havent read the story but really wanting too when i have the time. But i mean shes not my fave but she always has all my fave actors leading with her so i have no choice but to watch her shows. Her tiny mouth distracts me hahaha.. but ya this story goes off into other smaller stories which i mean is ok but I'd rather see Cheng Yi have more screen time since hes the reason i even watched.. well almost to the end so I'll just keep pushing and watch..
