That was a wonderful story. Kind of a slow burn but i get it.. they were trying to build the characters story. Once the story got going i couldnt stop watching episode to episode. I love Cheng Lei and his characters.. hes always so damn manly 😍 this showed some softer sides of him which he executed perfectly. His acting is always so good especially emotional scenes. The FL i like that she actually seemed like an actual female general. She made me believe it with how she carried herself throughout the series. I love female characters who have a strong sense of self and not too cutesy. I enjoyed her character very much. Would i recommend? Yes. Just be patient with the early part of the story.. it will all come together smoothly and not rushed at all. I enjoyed this story very much.. it tugs at your heart 💜
