I cannot wait till I watch episodes after work lol. I don’t understand why did Euijeong divorce Junmo?

I have not seen the episodes so my reply is only based on your update. I don’t think Gicheol can hope for a happy ending and there cannot be any pity for him. He has killed and destroyed several lives by dealing in drugs. He could have chosen to earn an honest living by working as a DJ.

From the preview I got a sense that Junmo has lost it with the authorities including Euijeong because they literally have always been under prepared and couldn’t even cover him with a proper back up in case Gicheol investigates on him. Now they have encouraged even Euijeong to totally embed herself in the investigation saying they trust her instincts as an officer. But when it came to being on field she really didn’t look like a trained officer and would have easily been killed had Junmo not gone beserk. Till now Junmo had never killed even when his life was in danger, but with Euijeong right in the middle she cannot blame him if he does everything to save her. His mentor cop has literally done nothing significant so far other than apologising to Junmo every time they mess up.

But Junmo and Euijeong were at each other like a disgruntled married couple before the double date lol and Haeryeon immediately sensed the tension.

It’s funny how Haeryeon immediately sensed chemistry between Junmo and Euijeong in a few seconds but Gicheol remains blissfully and stupidly unaware 🤣.

Yeah he looked like JKC from episode 1.

I’m hoping that JKC’s belief that Junmo always guards his life remains. He stupidly believed that Junmo’s earlier carnage was to save his life.

Yeah if you see him after the crazy war scene, there is a sense of desperation and panic in his eyes in his interactions with Gicheol and the other gangs. He doesn’t have it all together now and just wants it all to end and go back to his real life.

I sense gender bias in many comments when it comes to sexual assault and that’s frankly disturbing!

Seriously the prosecutor gets on my nerves! He clearly cares a fig if the main leads come out of this operation alive. He didn’t even cover Junmo and Euijeong’s background even though they already almost had a setback earlier when Gicheol did an initial background check. Also who allows a married couple to work in an undercover operation together? How can they expect Junmo and Euijeong to be objective about the operation seeing each other in danger?

Really??!! He wouldn’t mind having sex with her? Rather his brain wouldn’t mind it? Because she is good looking? Because he is a guy? That kiss was consensual? I don’t know what to say 🤣

I’m not nitpicking about the scene but the double standard of audience reaction to it. The scene though uncomfortable to watch was a painfully realistic scenario of what can happen when a cop goes undercover irrespective of gender.

Sure but what I was trying to say is I see reactions like “hot kiss” and “cheating” for that scene. If the roles were reversed and it was a female cop undercover it would only be called sexual assault.

But that is a very important point. It was literally sexual assault. She asked him to sleep with her, when he didn’t say yes she said the deal is off. Since it happened to a male in the drama. I don’t think many people understand how horrible it was…

Yeah the way Junmo was staring at Euijeong while saying that I was wondering are Gicheol and haeryeon blind? Or is Gicheol so naive to think that Junmo turned into an animal for him lol

I shouldn’t laugh but it really made me laugh that Gicheol carried both a necklace and a gun🤣. So if she’s clean I love her and if not well I won’t think a second before killing her. What kind of love is that??? 🤣

All this talk of how can they cheat is so simple to think. But to see it from their perspective, their lives are literally on the line. A wrong step now and it’s not just them but even their spouse could die. I don’t even believe that Junmo has turned evil., atleast so far. He went on a rampage only after seeing his wife there.

It amazes me that people are bashing Junmo and euijeong characters. Gicheol is a criminal and an unrepentant one at that. The main leads were clearly suffering in the physical intimacy scenes shown today. They look desperate to get back to their lives with each other. The only way out of this investigation for Junmo is to get these people caught red handed and for that the deal has to go through. And Euijeong is desperate to save her husband. But it’s realistic isn’t it. Gicheol wasn’t forever going to just hold hands with Euijeong and Haeryeon is certainly not eyeing Junmo innocently till now. I was really amazed at JCW’s superb acting today.
