No, but it's because it feels like they continue to be given the same character/roles just with different names.…
I don’t know about the others but Fluke Natouch has played in a number of different roles. In Ghostship he showed his ability to do comedy, in Red Wine In The Night he was a sex driven killer, in Until We Meet Again he again showed his versatility, in Daughters he was a tormented teenager who did drugs and ended up committing suicide. Personally I prefer him in this type of role and storylines which are not as dark as some of the roles he has played. But I will always support him because he is a fine actor. Really, I think they all are.
It’s not…I’ve watched over 50 BLs and have seen much worse. This reminds me of Lovely Writer and another bl that dealth with the negative affects of shipping.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but 5.9???? These are fine actors and the storyline at not be what some want to see but in actuality it is very realistic. As a parent, for various reasons my three have hidden relationships from me and I knew why….Anyway I am liking this series .
I am loving this if only because it has some of my favorite cast members…Tae, Tee, Fiat, Mild, Morris K and of course Tul…Max is never fall behind. Any projects with any of these cast members gets my immediate attention. I can’t wait to see this play out and I get a happy ending.
I agree with Charmander16. There is no doubt that this is one of the better BL dramas I have seen. The acting…
Bravo! I stumbled upon BLs during the Covid-19 lockdown and I have been hooked ever since. I have counted over 50 that I have viewed. Some I didn’t like at all so I stopped watching. Some I have watched only once. Some I have loved and watch repeatedly. What I have enjoyed most is how BLs continue to evolve in terms of storylines, acting , technical aspects and taking on societal issues. At the same time I recognize that it is fiction and the prime goal is to entertain. I could say more but you have already very succinctly expressed my own sentiments. Thank you.
They really know how to keep me coming back for more. No scene is wasted. Vegas is so hot and I just can’t wait to see Kim and Porchay get together. Of course watching Kinn and Porsche banter back and forth has me howling. I even like their fight scenes with their kidnappers. I’ll be watching this again on Mother’s Day….my gift from me to me.
I loved ep 9. Yes there are still miscues and missteps but that happens even in the best of relationships. I come from a family where secrets abound but it was from a place of love so I can empathize with our couples. What I also love was how accepting the families are of their relationship. There is none of the angst and disappointment I’ve seen in several BLs. Also no obligatory female thrown in to test the gayness of one or the other.
I love both couples but Kato is sooo direct and hot! I just hope he’s not playing games and is really sincere. The cameo appearance of the gay couple was a pleasant surprise. I liked their series so it’s good to see them again. It’s going to be interesting to see how the fathers handle their sons being gay and in a relationship.
Warning…if you have lost your mother or someone close to you pass away maybe ep 7 is not the one for you. It was painfully realistic. The scene with the reaper and the doctor’s mother was beyond superb. It reminded me of the last conversation I had with my own mother days before she died on the operating table. She was ready to go. I was not ready for her to go and my reaction was the same as the doctor. This continues to be one of my favorite BLs. I foresee more heartache and misunderstanding in the next episode.
I just saw the first episode and I love it! I like that they gave the backstory from the first season. Of course I’m here for Ohm and Fluke but the other couple has already stolen my heart. The way the storyline is starting already sets up impending drama. Looks like Pierce is still so concerned about his image I can see Typhoon is in for a rough ride. Of course I also understand how hard it is to work with your partner. I was apprehensive at first too when my partner was hired at the same place as myself. I can’t wait for the next episode. Both couples are so darn cute.
What a difficult and sensitive subject to tackle. But somehow they have managed to handle it in such a respectful way. Most of us are so used to seeing things as either black or white. This series reminds us there are so many different shades to life. I like that BLs are thinking outside the box and giving different perspectives while still being entertaining.
Well I just got my first Monday fix..I hope I’m not the only one who is obsessed with this cast…so much eye candy…,of course Kinn and Porsche are the main attraction but I wouldn’t mind seeing more of Kinn’s two friends and Vegas and Kim are just too hot!
I can’t believe I have actually watched episode 4 four times already and the first time was without subtitles. …I know I will watch it at least five more times before ep 5. This is crazy but I am loving it. I am also happy the cast is virtually all male. No intrusive female character determined to drive the gay out. I understand there will be a rival but he will be a male and gay. Kudos to the writers.
