Ep 5 and Ep 6 previews just do not make any sense what's so ever! - What was all that about Seo Ban being possessed…
Thank you for saving me from this train wreck. I too was hoping that the focus would be on the three wives and how they move on with their lives. I have watched women go through what these three have suffered and that is a story worth telling. I wanted to see them work through the pain and show that there is light at the end of this dark tunnel. Obviously the writers have no real vision and are relying on the absurd . I feel this writer is still stuck in the past when women were just left at the mercy of the man. Even so I have seen women from that era bravely forge ahead and take lemons and make lemonade. There probably is an audience out there that is being entertained and is enjoying what they see. It’s just not my cup of tea so I’ll respectfully pass on this one. Take care and be safe.
I really found ep 10 to be a good one…lot of tension which seem very realistic. Each couple is at a cross roads. I didn’t read the book so I’m hoping each couple is together at the end. I really like each couple.
I just can’t get this series out of my head….I have rewatched it three times already and each time I come up with something new to rave about. Early on the inclusion of computerized cartoon (excuse me for using the word cartoon if that is incorrect) images let me know that this series was going to be special. The collaboration they did for French class was awesome. Not since I Promised You the Moon have I actually seen a series set in an university where the students actual complete an assignment. It was integrated so well into the storyline. In fact the series even started with a classroom setting which was the basis for their initial rife. Also, I saw no element of toxicity…no sexual exploitation, no homophobia, no conscious effort to force the other person to return his/her affection. Just a really well written, well acted story of two opposite personalities that over time start to mesh together into a relationship of mutual love and respect.
I feel so embarrassed for Tawan. is his self esteem that low ? why does he not realize Dr. Por does not want him..…
Por is someone he has had a crush on for a long time and it seems like this is his first love. I know it sounds cliche but love truly is blind. The heart has a tendency to overrule the head. That’s why I think Mork and Tawan are so good together. Neither one has actually experienced true love.
I love this series, and especially Mork, but why the hell doesn't he tell Tawan what he knows about Por and his…
I think Mork does not want to cause Tawan any more pain. He has just gone through a similar situation and he knows the pain of loving someone and then being rejected. Also, I don’t think it’s his place to tell. Tawan has got to hear it from Por himself. Love is funny. You can tell someone a person is cheating on them and that person will get angry with you until they see it for themselves. From the previews it looks like Tawan will see for himself what a scoundrel Por is in ep 8.
So true! I had no issue transitioning from Semantic Error to Cherry Blossoms today. I remember when it was really…
Me too! I only discovered BLs during the Covid lockdown. It has been good seeing how BLs are evolving and how they are focusing on social issues and realistic challenges.
I just finished Semantic Error. The good thing about myself is I look at things from my own perspective and avoiding comparisons enables me to just enjoy the moment. So right now I am liking Cherry Blossoms. I am so happy to see the bullies put on their place and the older one being so protective. I also like how the older one handled the writing on the board. I see challenges ahead and I can’t wait to see their love unfold. There are so many different BLs out already. So many flavors and I’m having a ball tasting each one. Tomorrow it will be My Ride and after that You’re My Sky. Next will be Not Me and My First Love Again. I’m in bl heaven.
THE RATINGS ARE SO LOW. THIS DESERVES A RATING OF AT LEAST 8.5 TO BE HONESY
I agree…the acting, the storyline, the music , the cinematography is some of the best I’ve seen, not just as a bl but in comparison to other love stories I’ve seen.
Kudos to everyone involved in this beautiful work of art. From beginning to end this was entertainment at its best. The mls were outstanding. The entire cast was right on point. The love story was a real love story from beginning to end. Every scene had a purpose…every line was important. Thanks for finally giving us female characters in a bl who exemplify high self esteem and confidence in who they are. Thank you for the perfect ending…. no stupid cliffhangers, no ambiguity, no interfering third party, no irrelevant shower scene….just pure unadulterated love and affection. This goes on my rewatch list. A perfect ten in my book. Take care everyone. Peace.
I think Episode 7 is hands down my fav epsiode!I love how Chu Sang is being aggressive in acting on his feelings,…
Yes it’s been fun watching Jang Jae being totally whipped by Chu. He’s like a little puppy on a lease which in my book makes him even more sexy and adorable. I wish him well and look forward to his having a safe return home.
Wait…tomorrow is the last episode….Nooooo…this has truly been such a beautiful ride..I don’t want it to end. There are no words to adequately describe ep7…. awesome, electrifying, sensual, perfection…..
Have you read the profile on the screenwriter. No wonder this series is so wacky. Things will probably get even crazier in the coming weeks and I don’t mean that in a good way.
