Glad SW died yep I said. She was terribly over glorified in the last 2 seasons as if she was the perfect chick…
I’m so happy to hear I’m not the only one glad SW is dead but it’s obvious somebody wants to keep her alive. There has not been one episode in this third season where her face or name has not been highlighted. I think it’s an insult to the viewers intelligence.
Part of me likes how irreverently messy this was. People lose in love and get f***ed over every day. Millions…
I get what you’re saying but the more I think about I have to admit that for me Non, Ice and June were relevant. How many people wander into our lives carelessly and needlessly? I was thinking back and had to laugh. Years later I can’t even remember their names. But for a moment they met a need, had a purpose. That’s my little take on it. I have watched the finale three times and I liked it. Things were not tied up in a nice little bow. Growing up sucks. Take care.
The only one I feel sorry for is Non. Once again Gun comes through. Also looks like Nom is also being duped by his lover. Of course the two wives and daughters are over the top as expected. What a wonderful parody of the rich and famous.
Add me to the list of those not sure why they are still watching this mess. I call it "The Trainwreck Drama".…
I noticed the difference in the residences also. They don’t seem as elegant as before. Remember that one of a kind coat and the luxury car the doctor gave Ami. Also, Hye’s ex in-laws have scaled back. I am glad they got rid of the raccoon eyes on Hye but she no longer comes across as the fierce kickass boss like before. And I have to say it again…let’s end this funeral and the constant flashbacks.,They could have done a time jump and set the storyline one year from the death. The baby would be walking, everyone would have had time to adjust to their new status/ relationships and maybe there would be a storyline which actually deals with marriage and divorce realistically. The ghost would have finally walked into the light and be gone. Lol..just wishful thinking.
I really need help!! I want to love this series because the ml's had so much chemistry but wtf is going on???…
I agree. The ex gf is the most insulting character. As a female I find her a total embarrassment. This is the 21st century and the writers are still writing female characters from before the Women’s Rights Movement. I know every culture is different but I just can’t see the entertainment value.
Why do writers still think putting a female character in a bl who is from a rich family but obviously has low self esteem and will resort to any means possible to get the male lead. It’s really very demeaning to females. And I really don’t think it adds to the storyline at all. Likewise whats up with the other doctor? Another toxic character thrown in the mix for no logical reason. I like the male leads and the coworkers are all supportive and cute but throwing daddy’s girl into the mix shows a lack of creativity. The writers need to do more research. There are some really good BLs who know how to include a female character in the storyline without it being an insult to women as well as the LGTB community in general. History 3 Make Our Days Count and His are two examples.
What was ep 4 all about? They are even messing up the storyline with Seo Bao….is the ghost in his body now and going after the doctor’s stepmom????Also, more SongWon flashbacks …urgggg! Well, at least the actors have been paid and have moved on from this hodgepodge. Time for me to drop this. I’ll wait until it’s over before deciding to watch it entirely.
Father in Heaven how many days is this funeral going to take? How many people do you need to watch a body burn.? I t didn’t take all that when they cremated my uncle. Please don’t let people have to endure 12 episodes of mourning .,Let’s burn this body and move on. I guess the last four episodes will deal what to do with her ashes…..uggggggg
Well I got my happy ending. It was messy but sometimes that’s how it goes. Logic and love do not always follow the same path. Not gave it his all but it was just not meant to be. The girlfriend knew she was just filling in. That’s a part of life too. Every one was not forgiven which I was happy to see. I liked the actors and the various settings. The music was nice too. Now it’s on to You’re My Sky, Not Me and The Tuxedo.
Right now I’m looking at this as a comedy. I really can’t take any of this too seriously. I have to admit I can actually handle the three replacement actors. They are not nearly as sleezy as the three actors they replaced. How many days is this funeral going to last. Every time I see Song Won’s picture I feel like throwing up. I’m glad they are giving more time to the wives but Hye’s flirting and fawning over Seo Ban is downright embarrassing. Of course Ami is still dumb as a rock and Gabin thinks she’s landed the golden goose. Really I just fast forward past the mistresses. Oh yes, the baby is so cute. I hope Seo Bao is really sincere because Lee Shi deserves a break. Hopefully she will listen to her daughter.
I broke down and watched episode 8. Actually this is the best you can hope for from China. This is a watered down version of Addicted which is why I was surprised they even included the rape scene in this version. What I did like was the ending. Yes they are physically apart but they declare their love for each other which gives some hope that they may come together in the future. There actually was a sequel to Addicted in which they meet in later years and rekindle their love. The trailer looked promising but I understand the sequel was never released. Also, in Addicted it ended with an intrusive female suggesting there was still a question about their sexuality. It seems like the Chinese can’t accept that a person is truly gay. It’s more like a bromance or a temporary condition. At least this series eliminates the female and just has the two talking lovingly to each other at the end. As I said earlier this is as good as it will get in a Chinese bl. If you know of one other than this one and Addicted please let me know.
