Dog-boy

I just finished the 4th episode. so far I’m really enjoying it. One thing I find hilarious as a Canadian is the way they are going from one site to another without letting the reality of the distance impact the story. Some of these places are a two hour drive (one way) apart. However I’m willing to suspend my need for accuracy to see the beautiful cinematography. Hopefully the story keeps up.

As an older adult watching this I must say I’m somewhat creeped out by the age difference. I’m not sure how old kids are in high school in Korea but the idea of a lawyer and a high schooler being together is creepy. I think based on the part where they were young that it is a 6 yr difference or so which is fine when they are 36 but not if they are 18 and 24.

I enjoyed it over all. I agree there were a ton of tropes going on but the actors pulled it off. I also found aspects of Mom’s death very questionable but meh I was willing to overlook it.
