Lmao this show is hilarious!

Imo the ending is very clear to be nothing is changing in her present time ever since the beginning though she succeed in doing what she intended to do when she time travelled, they laid the rule very early.
I am okay with the ending but honestly am not impressed with the drama, they dragged too much while I know how it all would end because of the rule they have mentioned since the beginning.

The most toxic drama, toxic 1st male lead & female lead I've ever watched, Period.
I'm boiled with anger everytime I remember it.
The writer can't even differentiate love & pity, she doesn't understand the meaning of love at all yet has the audacity to write eternal love story with those kind of mindset. Thanks to her am emotionally scarred forever!

Lol, I've rewatched SOOD numerous time but I don't even notice each ep hv more than 1 hr length & probably wouldn't if I never heard it from you 😂.
Maybe because I don't find them draggy despite having a slow start/ took time to know their real plot (maybe 3 ep) so even with 20hr or more, I still find SOOD have a better pacing.
Am currently at ep 16 SFOT but tbh I can just straight watching from ep 9 to 16 & doesn't feel like missing alot (hence I find 15 ep will be sufficient for them).
Hopefully the next couple ep has a better pacing & I get to see the beef of their story soon.

Both iqiyi & wetv I find rearrange some of their drama collection from free to vip earlier this year.
And yes this drama stated as vip starting from ep 3 on my region too.

I like their earlier ep, but am now currently on Ep 14 & I feel like nothing is actually happening ever since ep 9. What made them unigue is slowly fading & they becoming more ordinary like any other school drama, rather boring tbh.
I think 15 ep shd be sufficient for this drama to have a better pacing, like Reset & Someday or One Day.

ML is such a prick & seem will soon to get his harsh lesson, but I didn't expect they will pull such card, can I still get their happy ending, juseyo? (T∀T)

They shd hv just cast Park Bo Gum for LZW's character esp since he has just completed his military duty, I'll be at least have some excitement for the K-remake if that happens.
Otherwise, I'd rather rewatch the T-ver for the 999 times even for me as an avid kdrama watchers 😂.

Taiwanese original without a doubt! It's a gem with amazing cast acting & performance. The k-ver I don't think it looks promising (so far).

Still it doesn't give him the right to force his feelings over her & kiss her without her consent while the FL see him only as her brother and feel disturbed by his forced feeling over her.
Ling Xiao just lost my respect when he did that.

Binged watched everything in 1 day as crazy as it may sounds, I started this on Sat night n completed it on Sunday at midnight, lol.
Starting this drama is one of the best decision, they literally exceed my expectation!
Never thought it'd be so thought provoking, with real substance despite managed to keep their lighthearted theme.
Such a memorable sageuk with plenty adorable, loveable characters, great character's arc, heartwarming bromance & cute romance from the sweetest prince.
Last but not least, what makes them standout from other sageuk , by watching this drama you'd feel like watching behind the scene part where history are made, major respect to their profession!
Final rating 9.5/10

I read the novel eventhough am struggling with bad eng translation so I put them on hold & choose to wait for the movie adaptation instead.
But tbh even then I already notice the movie will be different from the novel just by reading the movie summary as they change Yanxi illness which's substantial to the plot, so for me it was expected & not without notice.

But from the movie trailer, even with the change, I find them still as beautiful as the novel itself.
However, my biggest concern is, there are so many leaks, different sequences, trailers & materials where every & each one of them are so beautiful to see, BUT idk how they'd be able to fit them all in the movie.
And I think this is the issue, where many scenes could get left behind in the editing room, so maybe the movie flow become choppy.
If that happens, I wish they could hv just released the movie uncut ver & make some extended special or something because this movie and DYX & RM's acting in here are seriously too good to get wasted 😭

Ahaha this is my first xinxia too, a bit confusing at start not knowing how things work in xinxia but even still I think it's interesting esp with martial art tournaments at the start so I just keep on going & it's totally worth it, loved it! One of the best love story & the ML here become my #1 fav with his devoted, sincere yet unwavered beautiful love like a strong pillar.
