Let's just say don't let historical figures bothers you too much. Just watch their episodes & you'll know how beautiful/great this drama is. I root for the King because his title is the only thing he has right now, which is sad thanks to his late father he never get a happy childhood nor being love/welcome in the family. Thus, I can understand his behaviour (as of ep 12 at the very least) towards Yeok's traitorous act/plans to steal his crown. I blame their father for the illfate he brings to them.

They're improving on ep 3 but ep 4 for me was a whole mess again. I don't like how the directing goes, some scenes felt too random & the jokes were awful. I'll stick around for a while to see if it gets better coz I love Im Jo hwan's character here & I want to know about the other Gods story.
I love NJH on weightlifting, but here he's too stiff & boring, even SSK delivered a better line than him. Idk if it's because the writing or because his acting is still limited. I hope the writer give his character more justice/depth than him keep repeating "I'm your god you're my servant" lines, it's getting old & tired to see.
Would love to see more of Hoo Ye story cause I feel he is the most intriguing one & Im Jo hwan's acting here is great as always. Oh & can we get a less & lesser stories on Soo Ah's assistant & Shin Jae Ya? They're getting on my nerves. I wonder what's the point of their characters except for being annoying.

Finally the plot has start moving after 28 ep long, I feel like 28 ep in & we're still at the same place. I don't expect much from this drama, only watch it for a sweet romcom & Joo won dimples, so anything would be fine for me, am still enjoy watching it. But tbh the story is just cliche, light & simple, nothing special, the villains is just a 2D villains/characters, not a well developed one. If you're expecting a well developed characters & a great romance sageuk then it's Queen for seven days for you. If you're looking for a light, ordinary romcom one, then this is it

They got 2 episodes extention & I'm happy with it, many things still need to be solved & they need more time to develop JH-MY story/feelings

This is the funniest one I've ever watched (no exgagerating here), they take a different approach & look fresh than any other kdrama I've watched. I believe you'll love it.
But I'd say just try to watch the first 4 episodes (only 30 min each) & decided it by yourself if you like it or nah :)

Ikr, she sounds too selfish when she came to Jung hee & it doesn't feel like she is apologizing at all. I feel bad for Papa Byun but Mama Byun's act towards Jung hee was totally all wrong & worsen the situation evenmore. Lee Joon's performance here is indeed amazing. I know he's a great actor, adores him since Gapdong, But still, he blew my mind in this, I'm impressed. Am so happy FIS got a great rating in SK (30%) so he'll get more & more recognition. Finally, a great rating for a drama that I adores :'). My other two fav were not that lucky (The best hit & Queen for 7days), I know good ratings doesn't equal as good dramas, but still am heartbroken for the other two TT

I pity Jung hee, Papa Byun, Mama Byun, but I agree it's too selfish for Mama Byun for bringing up her kids to Jung hee & ask him for a favour while she apologized to him, it doesn't feel sincere for Jung hee & seems like she is making up an excuse just to save their family's name without even think how Jung hee feels right now, thus it's making him even more upset & hurt. I really think it would be better if Mama Byun waited for Papa Byun so they both can ask for Jung hee's forgiveness. I'm so eager to know Jung hee's reaction towards Papa byun once he tells him everything, Jung hee is a softie I believe he'd forgive him, but only if the byun's fam handle it right, it's a big secret afterall & Jung hee has suffers for years. I really hope Papa Byun's would understand Jung hee better than Mama Byun & take a different approach than Mama Byun's did

Yes, agree. If JH is indeed HJ's son it'd still be okay for me to ship HJ with WS, because HJ&JH never had any bonding since the very beginning, neither friendship nor father-son relationship, Ji hoon resent him from the very beginning. So I don't think HJ-WS would ruin the father & son relationship since it was never there. HJ-WS is shippable because HJ is a 23 years old guy mentally & physically & WS never had any feelings more than friendship to JH with or without HJ interfered in between, so it'd be unfair for WS if HJ step down just because JH told him to do so. I too really wonder if ppl take HJ as a 40years old guy & thus can't ship her with him (while a 900years old guy was shippable with a 19years old highschooler girl). However, I'd still prefer JH not to be HJ son, not because any of the reason above but more because I pity HJ & feel if JH is indeed his son it'd be too much weight on HJ shoulders. He didn't like Bo hee nor had any interest with her, the current HJ we know didn't date her & yet ppl want him to take the responsibility. His written words "I'm nothing I'm no saviour" has punch me in the heart, he must be feeling so stressed out, especially because that words coming from HJ who usually has always been an optimist, confident person, so yeah for HJ sake I would prefer HJ not to become JH father.

The real Byun han soo (HS) is Jung hee's dad (not the current Byun Han Soo/ Papa Byun). Papa Byun (PB) was HS close friend. Young PB was wrongly accussed for a murderer & went to jail for some period of times, when in fact he was the one who want to help the victim. After he was released, he had a really hard life as an ex confict & not welcome in the society. His sick mother died because of it & Na Yeong Sil helped him getting through that. Short stories, Han Soo help PB so he can get his new confidence again by switching their clothes (since HS is wealthy while PB is poor) & hang out with ppl. But there's a chaotic fire in the cafe, the real HS died & PB was taken to the hospital using HS identity (which id was found in his pocket). NYS is pregnant at that time & take their current situation as a chance to start a new life, she ensure HS (who want to tell the truth) to keep their lies & live as BHS for their soon to be born Son. After that, PB lived in a hiding, he doesn't have a driving license & avoid to go travelling. PB discover BHS had a son which is Jung hee just after JH looking for him & confront him for abandoning him. He felt very guilty about it so he decided to treat him like his own son. The only people knows about PB switch identities is only NYS. None of the families knows.

I feel sorry for Jung hee, before I was so eager to see JH-MY ship to sail, but now I know how hard the impact of Papa Byun's lies for him, it really is hard to take & suffers him much. I don't even think I could see him smile again shortly after this, poor Jung hee. I hope the writer wouldn't drag the problem so I can see a happy JH again, I miss his smile. Lee Joon did a remarkable acting here, Jung hee's pain, anger, hurt, despair, all were translated in his eyes, well done Lee Joon.

Yes, I think it's written tightly & the directing is so effective, every little scenes they take had a bigger impact/meaning than we previously think. With the current progress I'm optimistic we'd get a satisfying ending #fingerscrossed :)

@ClaudiaKdramaFan, idk but seeing how HJ in love with WS rightnow, it's impossible for him to date with Bo hee, so the most logical way would be he need to meet her to settle things out (tellin' her they couldn't be together maybe?) Or maybe Bo hee had a problem & Hyun jae is helping her. About the ballad song idk since KJ hasn't got the chance to ask HJ for it & if it fits for a debut song either. And since it was written on 94 I think it's more likely because he feels lonely at that time. Am happy with the current progress & hope that we can get a satisfying ending.

@TeleriFerchNyfain, yes for HJ not being JH's father is the better fit for him. I feel like he had so many burden on his shoulder, & like what's written on his notebook "I'm nothing I'm no saviour" it describes his feeling at that time, he must be stressed out. The notebook is indeed the biggest clue & I love how a simple music sign (to coda) explains it perfectly. I hope we can get a happy ending in a logical way

I'd like to share my theories from the given clue on ep 24, so if you don't want to know the possible ending theories, you might want to skip reading this:

1. Clue: To: Coda (as written on HJ's notebook)
To coda were used on a song partitures to jump forward to the last/certain part of the song when you had repeat the beginning part of the song, so I'm certain Hyun jae will need to go back to year 1993 & then he'll travelled to the year 2017 once more, since his coda was Woo Seung/Year 2017. So there's a big chance HJ-WS would ended up together guys, yeay.
2. Clue: the ballad song he wrote on '94 (as written on HJ's notebook)
Hyun jae was quite surprise to know he composed a ballad song which likely not the type of song he used to wrote. I think he wrote that ballad song because he missed Woo Seung & his life in 2017 post going back to year 93 & lived alone for about 1 year till '94
3. Clue: The numbers on HJ's pager: 22198 which code means "I want to be with you alone"
That ensure us how HJ badly wanted to be with Woo Seung alone. And I think it's HJ himself who sent the code.

With the above theories, Kwang Jae & Soon Tae's memories would line up with HJ's as there are 2 HJ in the year 93, the current HJ we know never had a chance to meet & argue with KJ & ST at that night when the typhoon storms because he fell from the stairs & went to the year 2017. It was apparently the other HJ (who already travelled through time twice) who met KJ & ST and argue with them, and probably hide the money on the rooftop after the past HJ left the money on the trunk of his car, thus he write it on his notebook so that he can remember it well.

The called KJ received from HJ on 94 was probably his last farewell because he plans to travel to year 2017, he said he'll need to go somewhere for a while, he said that because he know he'll meet KJ again in the future.

How the time travel works? I think it's related to Kaolla typhoon, which if I remember correctly it brings you the memories you had lost.

Where's the money? My prediction HJ took it from 94 to 2017, probably to help the 2017 KJ who need the money for his agency, JH's carrier, etc .

I won't be that surprised if HJ is not JH's dad, I think JH father is YJ, maybe BH & YJ got drunk so they can't remember it well, but Cathy interfered in between & setup as if it was HJ who slept with BH, that would explain to us why Cathy seems so furious knowing BH will joining YJ's agency. Because Bo hee is not only YJ's crush but also the mother of his son (I'm not sure if Cathy knows Bo hee had a son, though), she probably jealous because BH had that one night stand with YJ

This is only my theories from the given clue, so take it with a grain of salt.
