To me the comedic part was made for us to show the character development of the male lead & maybe to show how contrast the later part of the drama once they got darker? Idk, imo it's too early to tell since it's been only 2 episodes aired.
Acting wise, I love both main couple acting, nice chemistry & especially love baek jin hee's role character here, so refreshing to have such a dependable female lead like her & imo BJH does it well (she does great in empress ki too, love her acting there). JKH also never fails to cracks me up, though he does exgagerated it but I love the way he does it. Well, I might a bit biased for JKH but this really is my honest opinion.
Just hoping if you could give it a chance maybe till ep 4? But if it's already tortured you enough by only 2 episodes in, I can't really say much then X'D

I believe there is, I once heard that something will develop between the main couple & there will be a triangle relationship between Choi Tae Ho, Ji Ah & Gi Joon. And since ep 1 I can tell there's a sparks between Jun Oh & Bong hee, nice chemistry

kinda think so, people tends to get scare with tragedy genre & prefer to wait till the drama finished to know it better or even not consider to watch it at all, hehe, is it possible to remove the tag? X'D I won't consider a drama as a tragedy if the main couple survive though :p

Tbh I really hated it when people say "If you don't like it don't watch it, don't butt in etc etc.. " like seriously?? mdl was made for you to discuss & give your overview about a drama, if you're not allowed to criticize & the only option you have is only to praise it so what's the point? While I agree that we shouldn't bash nor troll, I think it's acceptable if people give their opinion about what they may dislike about the drama they've watched as long as they're giving us their reasons or pointing out the flaw, I don't mind that. If you disagree with their opinion feel free to speak up your mind & pointed out the positive thing you think about that drama. That would create a healthy discussion. No need to take it personally unless they're personally attack your opinion.
Meanwhile, since someone brings soompi into the discussion, I'd like to say something about it, I understand since I love soompi too, I went there if I'd like to know more deep about a drama or to fangirling since the people are so welcoming, but I prefer MDL if I'd like to know whether a drama is good or not for some people, since imo people on MDL is more objective in pointing out their opinion, and I love MDL for that. Soompi & MDL both good to each of their own

Lee ha na looks so different in here from her previous role I saw on Highschool king of savvy, I won't recognize her if I haven't accidentally read the name of the cast before, she looks great & her acting impressed me much ♡

@minhsuga I believe KMR doesn't meant to be offensive, by saying borderly pedo it doesn't meant it's already categorized as pedo. ET is at 19 korean age (real age 18) & Goblin idk 40? (if not hundreds Xp) More gap & she can become his daughter. I don't get why they need to make their age gap even bigger when the actors is not. Am just hoping it won't become some trends because it really is concerning.

I don't like Go Ara's acting in this drama, feels..idk, fake? All the crying, mopping doesn't feel sincere & her character is not loveable for me either, other than that I know it's weird to say these but I found her eyebrows kinda distracting X'D

Yes, her bubbly character didn't fit with Goblin's, though it's fun to watch but with those hundred ages gap they both already had surely didn't make it less creepier.
Maybe if ET's character is described more as a mature serious woman (after those hardships she had) who suffered & Goblin is her last string of hope & deepened their bonding by only having eachother it will give more impact to the romance & show more chemistry
