Yeah I care more about the story and writing, I hate when they try to mask bad story telling with nudity. I was worried bc historical dramas are usually best when they are long since there is usually so many characters and details to cover but seeing this drama being short worried me
I personally loved today's episode, the leads have such playful banter, I can't stress enough how much I love the chemistry between Shin Min Ah and Kim Young Dae, they feel so natural together, my only complaint is that I actually want more scenes between them lol, their scenes are so much fun

Honestly. the hype was huge for "She and her perfect husband" it had Yang Mi and Xu kai, big name actors and a large budget, but the writing towards the end was terrible, shame because I was really looking forward to it
So first half of the 1st episode was a bit boring and slow, however, it started getting really good towards the end, that scene where her shoe broke and he went and bought her new slippers lowkey had me giggling and kicking my feet, I could feel the chemistry in that scene. My only real complaint is that the scenes are too bright, idk if they added a filter or cranked up the brightness but they should tone it down. If the rest of the drama is like the second half of the first episode then this is going to be good.
One thing I have decided that I won't read comments here while watching this particular drama cuz I am excited…
Honestly ppl be crazy bc the FL doesn't even look that much older than the ML, I thought the FL was in her mid to late 20s, same with the ML, so when people say "the FL looks sooo much older than the ML" I know they lying
I think the quality of Kdramas have dropped, I think many studios see the gold rush of Kdramas and are pumping them out without caring too much about good writing, good plot, and good directing. They are just looking to make more money and the more they put out the more money they will make.
Wait are people rating it low because it isn't a BL drama?? PLSSS get over yourself, rating it low just because of that is beyond stupid, low ratings are reserved for when there is bad writing, acting, directing, etc... giving it a low rating just because you can't live out your fantasy is extremely unfair to people who put in a lot of work to make this
