Yes she did! That is why she flirted about if he wanted to encourage her to cheat or have an affair! Also she looked at him thoughtfully and asked if he still thought of the girl he had feelings for. Why would she ask that if she wasn't at least a little romantically interested? And then she said that the "girl was LUCKY"!
