A lot of fans from this drama, especially fans of Hou Minghao feel pretty betrayed and abused by GJM and by another actor, (multiple times) and the Veil of Shadows happens to figuratively rumb some of that in our faces. That is why some of us don't enjoy having that drama brought up on this, FOF forum so much.
Of course it is natural to be excited to see a few of the same actors together (if you like them together) again, but this is a different drama and this drama and actor(s) influences some fans to be uncomfortable, sensitive and protective. It isn't your fault or others who don't know what happened either, so your excitement is perfectly fine, but I thought I should explain a bit. Anyway, I am glad you got to see some of your favorites together again.😊
