What is this law, never heard that adult women can't cute. Women can live and act as they want in every age range. For…
There certainly are a lot of assumptions in your foolish comment.
High pitched, fake baby voices are often the equivalent to the sound of "nails on a chalkboard" to my ears and nerves. So of course I am going to avoid it. Also, I am perfectly within my right to express my opinion on any actor, actress, voice, drama, movie, hair etc that I may have here, because that is "freedom of speech" and those are the types of things we should be able to share here on MDL.
Yes, Yu Shuxin is being paired up with some of my favorite actors. I couldn't stand her voice or acting of her character with Ding Yuxi, so I didn't watch that drama of theirs. Actually some of the younger, newer popular actresses I don't like are almost constantly being paired with or rumored with some of my favorite male actors. I am quite aware of it so you don't need to worry or "warn" me.
Women can be youthful, and love to do certain hobbies ect that may be deemed younger or older than their age, and within reason, that is perfectly fine. There is a difference between bubbly or cheerful personalities and childish or bratty ones.
But as we get older, emotionally and mentally we should mature at least a little. Some of it is culture, but when an older teenager or an older adult woman acts like a little (sometimes ditzy) child, it can be kind of disturbing and is usually manipulative in some way. It can also influence pedophilia. You may not like it, but it is the truth.
I don't think you understood my question. You said you "prefer Yu Shuxin". That implies that you are comparing or in contrast to someone else, or actress (in this case), so I was asking what actress do you prefer her over.
I am? I didn't know that. Haha. In general, I just can't stand baby voices and adult women acting like toddlers and pouting so frequently and manipulating by trying to act "cute". Yu Suxin really often fits those "things" or descriptions.
I am surprised that I can somewhat stand her in "Love Between Fairy and Devil" though.😉
I have the same problem with Neo Hou in Back from the Brink. He looks just to sweet for a dragon...
Really? I think he looks quite young, but that his facial features are more attractive and inline with what I would imagine for a dragon, now that his face has lost some "baby fat". Maybe they also wanted someone who looks like they could have been deceived and taken advantage of like the male lead in "Back From the Brink" was in the beginning.(?)
Really? Then the Li Yi Tong rumor must not be true then because isn't she currently filming another drama?
Do you mean Hero Legends? If you are, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. They say she is mainly a side character and doesn't have many scenes in that one.
She has been doing a variety show, but I don't know how long that will last.
I wonder if this will hold true.🤷♀️

Maybe I should have been more specific.
