You might be right, but she seems to have been pretty drunk. 4-6 other people who were driving, reported her vehicle to the police even Before she crashed. Either way, it appears that she couldn't be "bothered" in being responsible or thoughtful in almost any way; even demanding a blood test to probably give herself more "time"...& possible proof(?).
They are acting as if she was walking and accidentally stumbled and knocked over and damaged someone's bicycle or ice cream. She affected businesses and committed a Crime that could have seriously injured or Killed herself or others. There needs to be some legal accountability. South Korea really seems to have an alcoholic culture problem too, if the dramas and idols crashing while DUIing, means anything. 😬
