I don't know if he had plastic surgery or not, but I never really thought he did. I did notice his face changing, but I usually only thought that he was losing his "baby face/fat" some, and that his face was just maturing/developing more into an adult. I know he was working out and developing muscle too for awhile.

Wu Lei is 182 cm. as well, but I am not sure if he was a cm. or 2 shorter during filming. He looked pretty tall, though.
