To me, non-idol drama is a good path for her career longevity as she can meet a lot of great veteran actors, learn from them, and get a good scriptwriter/director, especially for serious drama.
I must say it is a well-written script filled with many plot twists until the last ep. There are many characters and each of them has their own storyline. The writer explained it clearly one by one to make sure viewers don't feel confused throughout the drama.
To me, Jiang Yan is a character who truly desires a happy family and wants to maintain stability between both brothers with her own way. It feels nice to see LJ in a drama series filled with veteran actors and working closely with great ML actors Wang Chuan Jun and Huang Jiangyu.

I think it is because of the billing order between Wang Peng and Liang Jie (Winner) and Liang Jie and Guli Naza ( The awake) . So, both dramas listed Liang Jie as Special Guest Star instead of supporting role on weibo. On Weibo, there are multiple black marketing who trying to question the achievement of Wang Peng and Guli Nahza as female lead of the drama before they were announced. I believe that Liang Jie is now able to select characters more freely than before regardless of whether it is supporting or female lead. This is just my opinion and I hope I didn't hurt other fandoms. Nowadays, every fandom is extremely sensitive๐ .
