So I was right about Sejin and the explosion. Hogae is 100% not dead, but we will see his body on the autopsy table. I think it is a plan between him and doha, and they got yoon involved. Myeongpil and seol will be unaware and I think it will be a point of conflict and rls development for them. I think they need to pretend hogae is dead to deceive sejin cuz noting how intricate his network is. I think the body most likely is ma taehwa's but it can be the other detective too. I wanna know sejin's true motives. I don't why I have this feeling that dojin might return or he might play a big role.

It doesn't have a 'main villain' but through the darkness is a fave

I KNEW SEJIN WAS SUS!! very typical of getting involved with the investigation to manipulate it. The real question is his true motive. Also, I was right about the explosion. I am just going to write my theories here to see how accurate they are after next week.:
1. Jin Hogae is 100% not dead. First, the body can belong to anyone in the van (Ma Taehwa or the other detective). The body we see in the autopsy will be Jin Hogae's (cuz we see it in the trailer). I think him, Doha and Yoon Hong are in this plan of faking death to catch Sejin (the original plan was between him and Doha). Cuz now that we see how deep and intricate Sejin's connection is, the only way to avoid his suspicions is to pretend he is dead.
2. I have a feeling Dojin might return (this is wishful thinking), but still.
3. I think hiding the plan from Seol will be a point of conflict and also a point of relationship development.

exactly!! it just seemed a bit all over the place. he was doing shooting then the silver work. Too many conflicts, but no development for the conflict. TBH wang yi yang was the only character that actually had some growth other than my fave second couple (i rly want them in another drama). i am really disappointed cuz i was waiting for this drama.

more like high key disappointed. the last episode had no continuation with prev episode. then unresolved conflict. i think after they got tgt the writers kinda gave up on the actual plot and focused on the career propaganda. imma go watch hidden love and wifty again. gr8 example of shows can focus on career without compromising plot and romance (especially hidden love)

ok that is fair, considering the govt and political bs it makes sense to just keep an eye on them. I think the 'pe' thing is the least sus way of gouging their powers. the reason why i think they don't want the other kids to know about each other is so that they don't get together. But looking at how intricate this entire web and trap is i don't see how they will get out of it, atleast by episode 20. It is very interesting to see but i don't see how they can defeat a villain like that. they will just be making another villain. actually who even is the villain. Makes me also curious why juwon and mihyun are no longer in touch.

honestly i do give credit to MJS. cuz the pil gwang's evil spirit took over, he could fight the one he made contract with but pil gwang's one was always truly evil and he lost control the minute he became one. However, idt so mun would be so mun if he gave up.

makes me wonder who they are truly fighting against. the sk govt or nk govt? and tbvh rn idk how they will even 'win' cuz that old dinosaur always seems 15 steps ahead. Is he like powerless? cuz i cannot fathom why they have to listen to him when literally juwon is invincible?

This han se jin(new forensic guy) is extremely suspicious. cuz it said the body had stitches typical for autopsies and looking at the current season, all the villains seem to outsmart in the first half of the case. I am gonna assume this guy is the killer and inserted himself into the case to manipulate the way it goes. He is gonna become obsessed with seol, not because of love or anything but because of different ideologies (very typical of kdramas). This also I think is what is gonna move Jin Ho Gae and seol's relationship cuz hogae would get super jealous. I also feel this is gonna be the set of episode that really pushes forward ho gae's and do ha's friendship or more like partnership, cuz he will really need do ha' experience in both forensic and bombs (there will be a bomb or explosion somewhere in the next two episodes, it has been a consistent theme of the season like last season was arson).

mhmm, maybe they all got found out that way. but seems like a lot of coincidence that bongseok also goes to that school and their parents were close friends. With the way this drama is going, i am suspicious about everyone.
