Even tonally, it's utterly different and important characterisation and subplots are changed so drastically that I wonder why the screenwriters didn't just write something not based on a novel? That said, I would encourage them to cut that rape scene in this one's book.

Subs will tell narrative wise on what I'm missing, but chemistry tends to transcend the language barrier and it isn't there and the kiss was dull (no tension, no spark, no magnetism between them)… that said, the sets, fight scenes, OST, costumes and production quality is visually good, despite the overuse of Dutch angles where it doesn't make sense to do so. 5/10 so far.
