No offense but I don’t agree with you on this “… but I don't really understand why people cry wolf every time he's absent from the screen for more than 5 minutes. He is One of the leads, there are two other people who are considered leads in this story…”. There were a few episodes that GYY appeared so little and @ episode #25 GYY appeared less than one minute at the end of that episode . People don’t complain about that for no reason at all. They skipped years of his story with A Xiu. I have never watched another drama that one of the leads appeared less than one minute in an episode. Did that happen to GL & ZNJ? I don’t think so.

One episode is not enough to judge a drama.

Of course they cut other people ‘s scenes also, but they cut many important parts of GYY’s story. It’s like years of it. In one episode GYY had less than 1 minute time in there. They showed many not important parts of GL’s story. They over edited GYY’s parts and it's very unreasonable and unfair to him. I don’t agree with you on that to be honest with you.

I agree with you. Just wish they didn't cut his scenes. He is still shining brightly no matter what.

This is my favorite part of what you said here & I called it karma to those who did that to Xiao Zhan:

Yes. I heard some of that, but I can’t believe it’s so bad. 😡😡😡. We have to support Xiao Zhan even more to let them know that they can’t suppress him & get away with it. Some people just have no shame.

This is ridiculous. GYY only appeared five minutes before ep #27 ended. Where is the relationship development between GYY & A Xiu? We haven’t seen A Xiu in a few episodes already.
