I know you asked for "similar" dramas, but I just "recommended" those I like & done well. It's not easy to find "similar" ones. You can disregard them.

I like all of them on this "thread" except "The Best Thing" & "Amidst a Snowstorm of Love". I put them on hold. Everyone's taste is different. It's best to watch a few episodes to decide for yourself. Sometimes high rating & high numbers of comments can be good indications also.

I would recommend C-dramas that have done well recently:
1. Shine on me
2. Sniper Butterfly
3. Light beyond the reed
4. Twelve letters
5. The first frost

HX (LYX) is a pretty girl. Why can't they style her better? They dressed her like a mother of two most of the time. Some outfits looked sloppy.

Anyone with a brain can "smell" an honest, fair & constructive comments. Those are always welcome. You can also "smell" those with fishy intentions miles away. 🤔🤔🤔

I know some countries are melting pots. Asians' languages' dramas are using English songs in them a lot more than the Westerners.

That's really, really sad. Like you said, it seemed more and more English songs are being used in Chinese dramas. It drives me crazy. Why do we have to use English songs in Chinese's dramas? It feels like we are not proud of our language. We don't hear Chinese songs in English's language movies. 🤔🤔🤔
