Both why do you need votes? Just submitt a new photo that respects MDL rules for the profile photo.
They accepted terrible pictures that not meeting requirements when they have NO other choices, They would keep bad looking pictures like the current XZ & Edward Chen's pictures even if you find the GOOD ones that ALMOST meeting their requirements. SAD!!!
This is one of the responses I received. I'm not wasting anymore of my time for this even I'm feeling bad for both guys. They are enjoying their power right now.

I found the ones that best possible to meet their criteria. It's VERY HARD to find pictures that meet all their requirements. Like those requirements they listed. There are so many people complaint/gave up on those rules already.

Hi. How do you know I didn’t do that already? It's very hard to find pictures that meet all MDL's requirements. Recently, I submitted three requests for Xiao Zhan and two for Edward Chen, and they all got rejected. What do you mean that I spam every thread? Why is it ok for you to write many long posts, but it's not ok for me to do that for the actors I like? I started to wonder if some staff from MDL purposely wanted to keep Xiao Zhan's sad picture for a reason - the same thing for Edward Chen's picture. I mentioned Crystal Liu, and a nice volunteer changed it for her. Crystal Liu got new picture two days ago. Here is the latest reply I received from MDL.
