I think you don't get it. It looks weird when one face's skin tone is much lighter than his/her neck or the rest of his/her. Unfortunately most Asians like lighter skin tone & wear lighter foundation for that reason. It's just like White people like to spray tan cream on their bodies.

One thing that really bothers me about this drama is the foundation makeups they used on most of the actors & actresses' faces. They were too light for their own skin tones - they looked mismatch & unhealthy. It's so sad because they could have looked much better if they have used the matching tones for them.
