First lady Wei is hiding something; don't wanna say its obvious but from her reaction i'm sure there's another identity at play here

I originally dropped this at episode 35 because I think it goes downhill when the screenwriter appears. I decided to rewatch it and am currently on episode 34, and the feeling to drop it has returned. Such a shame because I really love the leads and the premise of the show. I will have to push through and find time to finish it lool maybe it gets better with patience

Honestly the last 4 episodes felt so draggy but rushed at the same time I had to force myself to watch and once they got together its like all their romance ended.

I decided to re watch it from the beginning and i’m glad as after a dip it actually got much better. On episode 21 and this new arc is interesting

I'm really enjoying this and knew the first madam was evil. Small, subtle changes since she regained her status as head of the house. Unfortunately, the elder brother died. Can someone explain what she benefits from his death? I need to know her motives, cause I really thought it was just the dad who was evil and the mastermind.

I've just caught up and what a rollacoastar show this is. i dont love it, but definately intested. The family arguments/revelations are also kinda dry and repetitive and its so dumb that they want to fight her.

I think the real big bad wolf is the main wife, like she obviously comes from a big family so having to bow down to concubines must have been annoying. I think her brother might be the boss behind the screens too.

Also the dad..... he is sooo scary wtf, like does he even care for any of his kids, what do you mean he was gonna shoot her with an arrow

Glad to hear it!! I have a list of ‘short dramas’ on my page and have rated the ones I’ve watched, if you want to check them out. There are a lot more gems out there! I also love vertical dramas, and have recently gotten back into them as they’re coming up with better scripts and production!
