It could be so good if they added more layers to the characters and to the plot in general with of course maybe more episodes. However, it was not a bad idea rather an interesting one that wasn't fully used properly...Like Jay said, it's just cute men with hanbok and beautiful scenery. The acting could be also better. But yeah, I liked it so I gave a 7.5 (which might be a bit too generous).

At first I love the ennemies with the hint to lovers trope but after finish it, I think JJ was kind of awkward and seems being forced?? or maybe it's the actor himself who was uncomfortable?? I rarely watched actors' off screen moments but I guess they should get along well? I watched the behind the scenes, I didn't understand but Garfield seems overwhelmed or not that ok but Benz comforted him?
It's just that I think the two characters are indeed different and tbh I love JJ the most with his principles but I think they handle it (their relationship) awkwardly towards the end;

I know they put an effort with something new (reincarnation trop) and I love this but it lacks something that could be better. Maybe they could make a couple more episodes and to add a bit more detail in the plot and in the characters? Or maybe it's about their acting? It was ok tbh
So for me, it was indeed cute and interesting with the reincarnation trope but unfortuantely it didn't impress me that much. So I gave it a 7.5/10
I didn't read it, I usually don't read it unless I want to and if I have the motivation lol (I have other books to read that I left for a long time haha)

This series has indeed some flaws, there's a room for improvement but I gave a high rating because I still enjoyed it and I was glad with this concept. I usually like when it is about food and some romance and conlict and the chemistry is chemistrying lol
