Yes I agree with the fact it's Ryan's growth but, I only said what I've seen so far (the mistakes and that he doze off like he print 100 times lol). It 's just that we can deny that love can play a big role in this.

It's always an issue when it comes to boss and employee relationship (romantically) and that for Jane, I didn't see any hint because for me he really stays professional (ok maybe a slight hint). I think they handled it well (but not for Bhamee with Judy although it's scary to think it might happen in real life too)

Honestly, for office romance, I prefer the Trainee than Step By Step (although I love Manager Jeng, he's a green flag)

Exactly but to me, the worse one is Judy who took advantage of her intern like people said. Although, I know it's kind of interesting to have these flawed characters. They also exist in real life but since it's in a drama I do think people (like me) want a little bit of reality with a fantasy mixed lol

It's really crazy how people (including me) are talking about one thing but seems to forget Ryan and Jane's situation.

I also think Ryan was kind of immature because of love (I hate love for this case, it hurts people, it makes people so stupid) so I hope, he can gain in maturity and learning his mistakes. It's not the first time, even when he was not in love. I know why people didn't like him but I did since I relate to him somehow.

Yes but I think they tend to show the actions / behaviors till the consequences. It low key reminds me of the Kdrama The midnight studio in which the girl ended up cheating on his husband which is a police officer. She was alone but I still don't approve her cheating. So same for this case. I know Bha Mee was lonely because of Tae being a workhalic (but he had no choice) but it doesn't mean he didn't care for her; It's really a miscommunication and misunderstanding.
