What I have understood, Plain Ploy didn't know he had a twin brother (nor the others), he didn't say anything because I think he thought Plain Ploy didn't have feelings for him and in addition, she's already married so he thought, Ok I'm about to get out and to pretend I don't exist. So I think it's what he had said to his twin brother, Plaimas that's why he kinda of lying to everyone that he's an only child. It's basically a big misunderstanding.
