I thought she was his younger sister but she's not the one that we have seen in episode 3..But in Behind the scene, Billy said it was his younger sister who called him when the guys were hanging out at the bar and in episode 4, the guys said: hey she's familar.. She's in that photo?? so it means, they didn't saw the one at home but the one in his ID Call photo

Or maybe, he has indeed 2 sisters then! But why not appearing at the same time??
