There’s one up there for this drama and it shows it’s doing fine since it hit 10k heat index and it became an S+ drama so that means success. Dudu’s Chu Zhao also became the fastest Youku character to reach 100mil within 16 minutes of airing.

It’s doing well in China and other Asian countries. MDL ratings are never correct and does not affect the drama and cast itself. If you haven’t noticed, MDL is full of toxic fans (not all fans) who loves rating and writing bad reviews before a cdrama is even finished airing lol

I’m still sad they cut that out. It helped showed how important she was to him and how he was always there for her even when she didn’t remember him. Just imagine how crazy he went on a killing spree throughout the capital and into the palace to reach her and being too late 😭 How he must have felt always watching her and seeing her in love with Xiao Xun yet he still follows and protect her

lol all!!! Trolls, dissatisfaction due to schedule and dissatisfaction due to plot change from novel. My guess is just check out a few episodes to see if it’s your cup of tea

Plenty of romance, super fast paced too since it’s only 24 episodes. In the novel it’s a happy ending for lead couple and they even have a baby but since the drama sort of drifted away from the novel, who knows if they might change the ending for the lead couple

When we thought it was the plot armor protecting him but in truth it was because he thought his life wasn’t worth it so he never wore armor to battles 😭 He was literally seeking death

From what I’ve seen in comments, the novel does have a happy ending. But the drama has been changed quite a bit so let’s hope they keep the happy ending and don’t pull something on us 🙈

I think he does die because from an interview they posted and Daddi mentioned Yan Fang didn’t mind dying if it was by the hands of the person he loves. I can’t wait for the scene where he aims an arrow at Chu Zhao 😆 Just that alone shows he’s not the one for her lol
