If you measure an actor's worthiness based on their looks and not their acting abilities, perhaps you should be…
You think kdrama actors aren't picked because of how pretty they are...? Talent is obviously important, but without visuals, they wouldn't be cast as leads in kdramas. Part of their job is absolutely being eye candy.
It's funny how non-Korean people have such a problem with accepting how visuals are so important in kpop and kdramas (while at the same time enjoying them for this very reason)... Korean people have no problem with this truth.
a bit more than halfway through ep 1... I was wondering why the parents weren't appearing at all, felt strange, then I understood what was gonna happen in this drama... lol. Their presence would make it all more awkward, huh.
I don't find any of the three idol-brothers cute either tho, tbh... ~_~;
(ep10) Tomoya's crying scene felt like forever... omg, lol. It wasn't, but it felt it.
I'm so confused about Narita's character, he got introduced as a second son of the president of the company, and he looked ~evil~ for an ep or two and it seemed like we were gonna get a lot of story there. All that's gone though and there is just a bunch of other stuff going on with other characters and just what is their plan with the plot at this point, lmao.
When Tomoya cried I could not care at all... it just felt so random like it came out of nowhere. Previously we hadn't really focused on their relationship much and suddenly we have a long scene of Tomoya's sob story.
(ep 9) I thought Narita was gonna become one of the more main characters, back in was it ep 7 when we found out he was also the president's son. I thought he was gonna get a sort of villain arc. But actually he's been shunted to the side kinda and like so many ridiculous things are happening I end up feeling nothing about anything that's happening... ~_~
What is that revelation at the end of ep 7?? lmao. so ridiculous, ridiculous but fun I guess... But like what. What was with handing over that photo? idgi. Did Tendo know Narita was his grandson before then? ?_? I feel like... not enough was explained but. okay.
It's a website/app that's affiliated with a lot of the big tv channels in Japan, one of the biggest streaming services in Japan for dramas (and some other tv shows)
(ep 5) Koseki's character in this is just like the love rival he played in Ano Kuzu in the autumn season, lmao. xD It's like deja vu.
Also why is everyone always running so far, why not take some public transportation or a taxi, instead we get those dramatic running across a bridge scenes in jdramas. x'D
I really like Akaso, which is why I'm watching this drama but... I'm not sure he really fits this role? Tbh, I find all three of the main characters a bit annoying and over-acted. Like they are really hamming it up. ~_~ And ep 1 was kinda boring. t.t I've been looking forward to this drama since it was announced Akaso was in it but it's disappointing. I'll continue watching for Akaso I guess...
the suit, his black hair, that backpack thing... Akaso's character looks like Adachi at the start, lol, though Nao's personality is nothing like Adachi's. xD
At first I was kinda bored with this drama and almost gave it up but by the end I wish it was longer! I hope there is a season 2... I am not familiar with the source material this drama is based on so idk how feasible it is but. This was so charming. :'3 It was refreshing just to see girls and their friendships (no romance).
The series got better as it went on, though some of the background music choices were way off for scenes which I thought was especially noticeable in the last ep. I think Coki's acting left a bit to be desired but he was super charming and fit the role anyway.

And when Tomoya started crying again I was like "oh no!". lol But thankfully, that scene was over as soon as it started... phew.
