This drama was on my list " I will wait until all episodes are out " but I finally I started to watch it. And so far, so good. That seems strange to say but I feel like in most of Kdrama time altering or when a character knows something about the future they do not use the new informations they have to change things and it becomes really useless to have a power on time. However here the characters are changing their fates and I love that + really great the moments where Seo Jin sees things changing around him. (I did not put a spoiler on it because it is not really a spoiler) Hope it keeps this level until the end...
Yeah hahaha Love it! But in the preview, judging by the way he lets go of her hands, we can see that he feels…
yeah but after that he said in the preview something like " What I was thinking about ? " that lets me think he will not believe his idea that Go Woo Young is Hong Dae Young. However it will be really funny because when he will see now Woo Young he will think about Shi Ah's father and be awkward around them haha
Now that I think about this, he was the most likely to know about the secret identity (I remember him seeing Woo Young being angry against Choi ll Kwong when ll Kwong was talking about his first love and he also gave a lot of suspicious's gaze at Woo Young but it was just jealousy I guess) but frankly I would have bet on Goo Ja Sung to find out first because he went to Deok Jin's home and I thought there would be a moment where he would come again at his home and finds out the picture with the young Deok Jin and Dae Young...
I also think the teacher will know at some point because when Dae Young will come back to normal, Deo Jin will have to explain to her the situation.
I feel like most kdramas I am watching are fun the first half but then get boring in the second half. I think…
I feel like it is more than just episode 13, way before the drama focused less on his children (except perhaps the stalker's story) and I was a bit sad about this :/ But I will be honest here : the drama is still good, it is just me who lost a bit of my interest because it is just not my cup of tea where this is going with the romance and the adults's stories ( except Do Jing, Ae Rin and the teacher, they are so funny and sweet haha)
Ji Ho's face at the end of the episode was priceless, I know he will surely think he is crazy and will not believe Go Woo Young = Hong Dae Young but I am glad he watched an old video and found out Go woo Young looks like younger Hong Dae Young ( because they are the same person but I do not think he will come 100% to this conclusion)
this drama takes forever until is finished.... I'm losing interest
I feel like most kdramas I am watching are fun the first half but then get boring in the second half. I think it is either because they can't maintain the same quality or they forget what made the kdrama fun at first. Here I feel like it is the second case : I do not want to see a boring love triangle (especially when we know who the FL/ML will end up with) that I can already see in a thousand of others Kdramas; I want to see how Hong Dae Young is living in his younger body...
I love how at first we were seeing Woo Young talking like an old man in front of the kids or how he was handling the bullies at school, now I am just seeing him kissing Da Jung without her consent ... + Usually I love when a character has a secret because I want to see others characters's reactions when they will know the truth but here it gets frustrating to watch lately.
I was really really into the first 6 episodes but then it began to drag for me a little. This was a really good…
To me this drama was really good the first half but then it kind of fall in a circle and dragging a lot :/ They had a good idea when the serial killer was admiring the fake in my opinion and should have stay on that idea it was so funny if In Woo would have found out at the very end that Dong Shik is just the luckiest sweet guy haha + I was so in love with their bromance moments, a shame they did not continue on this path. A bit tired of the psychopath cliché, I want to see bad guy who redeem themselves and I think Dong shik could have been the opportunity for In Woo. I felt like In Woo was not really a real psychopath like Dong Shik said " You are also a kid who is acting tough".
Just finished the last ep and I really really enjoyed this! It's been a while since I watched k dramas so this…
Yeah the Fl definitively had romantic feelings for him and in my opinion the ML was also in love with her but it is more subtle (because of his quiet personality + I think the fact he is a zombie make him wonder if he can have the privilege to be with an human). But you can totally see that with the way he looks at her sometimes.
" I see a lot of people talk about the post credit scene with the World King detectives, at first my assumption was that he was trying to cut his hair to look like the ML lol (I think his dialogue was something like; if I cut it like this will I look like him). And when he turned around, I got the assumption that he was just playing with makeup lol... Since he said that he misses the ML and such. I thought it was just a small gag at the end. I wonder if this is plausible? "
I was thinking the same and I hope this is it, I would not want him to be a zombie if there is a season 2. Okay that would give a lot of funny moments but at the same time the ML would be less special if there is another main zombie who is not a bad guy haha
I saw people speculate about the halloween's party's murder but to me it was clear it was just to show the ML and the FL will work again together. Nothing really serious, if there is a season 2 I do not think it will be relevant to the main story (the ML sniffed directly who was the murderer aka the clown)
Honestly, the ML is probably one of the most tragic leads I've encountered. The girl he was protecting was killed,…
I was thinking the same all along (lmao he has as much bad luck as Hwa Pyung in "The Guest") and I wanted to have another closure for the little girl, I was hoping to see her alive somewhere. This story seemed a bit rushed/ not completed...
I think it would have been more interesting if actually the father of the little girl was the one making experimentation on people to revive his daughter. Then accidentaly revived the ML or wanted him to be alive again (I saw comments about that and was quite enthusiastic about this theory). Somehow it bothered me in Zombie Detective the fact the dots were not fully connected . I wanted to see more flashback of him when he was alive as a bodyguard.
At the same time I understand it is more parodic/on the comedy side. I think if the story was more serious this kind of scenario could have happened and that would have been interesting to watch (for example the fact the ML is indebted to the father to be alive again but at the same time : is it right to revive people ? Or something like that)
Interview with the PD about a possible season 2. I really hope it happens, and not just a bunch of empty promises.…
I saw a lot of Kdramas with an open endings but rare are the one who got a season 2. I think most of the time they are doing an open ending in case they have the possibility to do a season 2
However for this drama I think there is a higher chance this will happen because it was really entertaining/easy-to-watch, the season1 give a lot of possibilities for the futures stories/characters and I do not think it was a low cost budget but it was not a drama too much expensive to produce so again a good point for a season 2
Not the best drama but it had a lot of funny scenes and after this I'm positive that I'm in love with Choi Jin…
Tunnel ^^ (One of my first and favorite drama, his character here is unforgettable to me)
Devilish Joy was also a fun ride even if there was nothing new here
Something I will immediatly warn you : Choi Jin Hyuk is a great actor but his choices of dramas are often awful (well in my taste so perhaps I am wrong)
Usually when there is past-future communication they tend to keep past ML and past FL and future ML and future…
Oh this is interesting because something I disliked in Signal was the fact the characters could not meet so I will definitively check this drama ( I am waiting more episodes out because this is the kind of drama it will be a torture to wait the next épisode
I also love their interactions but I see them more like old friends than a couple and I love the fact the teacher is also a game's fan they are perfect together
I really enjoyed this shows.... of course there are maaaaany plot holes, but I liked how the drama did not take…
Yeah there were a lot of plot holes but I must agree the ending was really good in my opinion; there were the most important moments I was hoping to see : the teamwork with the rival agency (done), the epic last fight with the bad guy, Do Hyun finding out about the zombie but even so teamwork with them (by the way his reactions was so funny to me the poor guy was in mid of all of that with a "wft" look on his face and everyone was crazy about Min Ho when he was standing alone lmao) and it was pretty nice to make them reunite one year later at the Hallowen's party and they even had some minutes to discuss between them (I saw a lot of drama where the characters only reunite the last minute so it felt good to have more )xD
The only things that bothered me was : Where is the child of the evil daughter ? I think it was an error in the translation it was either Moo Young's child who went missing and that is how he found out about the evil doctor or it was about the evil doctor's wife I guess.
And a bit of the rushed romance at the end with the dect, that felt like he chose the other girl because he had 0 chance with Sun Ji and just to make a 100 % happy ending.
Ahh that was a nice endingBut I hate how Seon Ji and Do Hyun didn't end up together:(
And it was so sudden how he suddently had romantic feeling for the girl who has feeling for him from the start (I think her name is Yoom Mi ? ). But it is better than to ends alone but that felt rushed the last minutes romances also between Wang Wey and Bo Ra I was suprised O_o I am not against it but the timing was off haha I find Do Hyun and the cop girl good together but they should have hint here and there he started to give up on Seon Ji and that he started to like his co-worker... Afterall Seon Ji was not here when he needed her and it was clear she had feeling for our zombie cutie.
haha I really can't drop this drama just for that, I love too much the characters here ! ^^ Deok Jin is one of my favorite character and I love his romance with the teacher and how he is so funny with Ae Rin. Love the misunderstanding with his secretaries seing them arguing each time haha ! I could not wait the subtitles but I will surely watch it again...
