I miss this series already π I tried watching LITA but itβs not the same. TBNW has a better plot, better…
Haha see for me, I have loved and watched LITA so many times that watching the two in this series feels so unnatural and I've had more trouble emotionally getting into it. I'm very aware this is because I'm so used to their LITA characters and not because this series is terrible lol. I'm really enjoying the series and concept, but at the time LITA came out it was a massive stand out series and impressed me so much - especially the chemistry between the leads.
WTH did I just watch?! π€£π¬π«£ Was the writer of this series a hallucinating sex addict?! Because boy oh boy this was an embarrassing watch. The rating of 4 is simply for Petch (and the actor playing his Mum.) Petch, you have so much potential and I can't wait to see you in a better drama in the future.
For those saying Fugisawa didn't get punished enough for the rape, although I do actually agree, he really did deserve no forgiveness for what he did, I still feel the ultimate punishment for his actions was there. Nakarai Sei let it be clearly known that after what happened there was going to be no going back, no chance for anything to ever evolve into a relationship, and also that their friendship as it was is irrecoverably over. He sympathised with the cause of Fugisawa's pain and how it affected his decision making when it came to Sei, but I saw this conversation as Sei telling him that too much had happened that cannot be reversed and that they need to forge their own paths separately now. He chose to come from a place of empathy and forgive Fugisawa for the wrong decisions made, and to help him also move on, but this conversation was effectively a goodbye.
As for Sei and Hagiwara Kazuaki, I loved how their new beginning began. Kazuaki always put Sei's emotional needs first while Sei held himself back due to his complicated situation with Fugisawa. Kazuaki deserved all the love in the world and by the end of this episide Sei could see, appreciate and love Kazuaki equally, and without baggage, and could see Kazuaki's full worth. Sei making the first move to create a new beginning together was the BEST way to show Sei's full commitment and love to Kazuaki.
Thanks Gmmtv, I really needed blurry vision for the remainder of my day because I cried my eyes out just now. π
That woman - I don't even want to say her name - deserves to be reborn as a BUG in her next life and be squished into nothingness moments after her birth, and then to have the same experience over and over again in an endless loop. Boy the actress plays her role well because I WANT TO RIP THAT WOMANS HEAD OFF.
I feel so protective of these six men, and she is stripping their souls. π
nice AND 3 meters tall, hot AF with an amazing smile.. maybe this helps :)
But his childish behaviour can be endearing for many. They see his kindness and willingness to help others, even if he is bumbling and awkward, and find combination attractive.
What gets me is fans seem to think that their devotion to an idol gives them the right to dictate how their idol should behave or act, as "appreciation" for their devotion. I have a total different view on this. What idol's, singers and actors give us is the GIFT of their artistry. Us being a fan should be simply us saying "thank you, we appreciate you and support you in your work."
Omg I felt so angry and protective of the boys in this episode. π I really don't understand how fans feel they have a right to dictate their idol's life choices to suit THEIR own wants and needs. Idol's and actors are PEOPLE, not objects to be moved along a chess board as per the wishes of fans. Imagine if a fan fell in love and decided to marry their loved one, would their idol say, "Sorry, you can't marry anyone, you must support and love only me." Sounds delulu right?! BECAUSE IT IS!! This shows exactly how ridiculous fans expectations of their idol's are. Now, I'm a MASSIVE Stray Kids fan (loved their Melbourne concert - so lucky to have gone) but I can easily say that if I find out that any members down the line have started dating or have fallen in love, I would be happy for them. I have no delusions at all that I am a part of their life, my being a fan is to appreciate their GIFT of their time and music they share with us - its not an expectation. Baifern's thoughts and actions in this episode really disappointed me for this same reason. If you love and support your idol, wouldn't you want them to be happy? I know I certainly do!
Hey all, on here some kind soul shared an English translation of Johan and North's story on Wattpad, and I saved it to read, got busy for a few days and it was deleted. π Does anyone else know if there is another English translation on the app? pretty please? π
Sooooo Ten may like Heng as the trailer for next episode suggests, but hear me out, he may actually like Mo and be worried Heng will jump to that conclusion when he saw the locked screen picture. As it wasn't just Heng in the photo Heng saw on Ten's phone, but Mo too, and this might help spur Heng on with pursuing Mo if it ignites Hengs jealously when he finds out. π€π
BTW, as always, the introduction song is a WHOLE MOOD, I'm obsessed and bopping around to it everytime it starts. And also, I'm just generally LOVING this show. I'm usually for more serious dramas but this has been made so cleverly with a lot of absurd laughs but also many heart warming moments. So impressed. And I'm so impressed with Earth's acting in this too.
Omg this show is a whole mood and I'm loving it! I've not had such fun watching a series, seriously lol. π€£ And I swear that opening OST is simply the BEST. I just want to bop along to it each time it plays. π
Speaking of the actual episode, I loved Heng's reaction to the kiss on his forehead from Mo at the end there. The tables are turning and we are going to see the start of a change in feelings from Heng towards Mo I now think. Heng didn't recoil, and you could tell he was moved by the kiss!
This episide was BRILLIANT. OMG what a hoot some scenes were, I couldn't contain my laughter. I'm also glad Heng's friend smacked some literal sense into Heng too, to make him realise just how much Mo does for him, and I also love how Mo is now standing up for himself and his feelings too, and creatong some healthy boundries for himself. What an endearing series this is, and the main title OST, TOTALLY goes with the chaotic fun vibe of the show. Possibly one of the best ones I've heard.
Seriously well done GMMTV, I'm all round impressed! well done also Earth, Mix and the rest of the cast too. π
So, wow. Earth playing protective serious roles = sexy as HELL for me. Earth's role in this series, the COMPLETE opposite but I'm SO impressed with how well he is playing the hyperactive/goofy/generous/innocent Heng. What an incredible departure from his usual roles! I tend to enjoy the more serious storylines over goofy fun ones, but I'll still hop along for the ride. but Earth, massive props to you for how you are playing this role.
Also I can see why Heng is attracting men left right and center - it's his kindness. π
This series I feel started out promising but ended a bit lackluster and drawn out, with a storyline that seemed to lap in circles, not really hitting a peak finish, and with many side characters I was losing track of. The innocent and electric chemistry I felt through out the first few episodes ended with a storyline I felt dragged out way too long. That being said, the actors were adorable and I feel have a great future ahead of them, I just wish the storyline was more concise and structured better!
Absolutely LOVE this show! And the actor playing Junior and how he plays his character - just INCREDIBLE. I love his mannerisms, how he thinks and speaks - he's such a little ball of happiness and positivity. And Sun, he makes me want to wrap him up in a hug. I feel his lonliness as, one, part of his panther nature and, two, the glimpse we are getting into his past experienced trauma from what we are getting revealed slowly to bit by bit. He needs Junior's love. π₯°
But once again - WTH?!
