Ok, so this is how i understand the story at this moment:
Min Seo Yeon (Ri Jin's birth mother) were married to Cha Joon Pyo (Do Hyeon's father). But then they got divorced, and Min Seo Yeon moved to America to find her love, and Cha Joon Pyo also moves out, and stays away for 6 years. He (Min Seo Yeons love) unfortunately dies because of an illness or something, but together they had a child, Ri Jin. After he died, Min seo Yeon and Ri Jin moves back to Korea and back into the household in the summer, and Ri Jin get's registrated as Cha Do Hyeonn which is her real birth name.
Later in the winter, Cha Joon Pyo comes back to the household together with a child, Do Hyeon, whom he had with his mistress Shin Hwa Ran. But because Seung Jin Group can't reveal to the world, that two kids from different parents are living under the same roof, they hide Ri Jin in the basement, because her mother is not the heir to the group, such as Do Hyuns father is. They also change Do Hyun's former name (which I don't know what is) into Do Hyun, because it's already registrated on the family register, so the world only know 1 child, the heir's son, Cha Do Hyeon.
But one thing which really bothers me right now, is the name Na Na.
Who is she?! At first I thought it would be Ri Jin's birth name, but no.. Maybe it is Do Hyeon's birth name? - But wouldn't that be weird..?

So its just been revieled Ri Jin is the "lost child", and the one who's adopted... But didn't Ri On overhear a conversation between their parents, who said he were the adoptived child? Or do I have a bad memory...?

I think Ri On is the "lost child". Why else would he be doing such a Big background check (the pictures on the wall) on Da Hyun?
And is it just me, or does it look like Ri On has different feelings for Ri Jin than just sibling-feelings?
