I don't know why people keep complaining about the plot. π€ To me, the plot seemed realistic because it showed that it's not always easy to make a dream come true. Regardless of youthful passion and determination to succeed, reality usually hits hard. Passion alone isnβt enough; you need resources, connections, a solid foundation, and, most importantly, a huge dose of luck! Choosing different career paths was the best thing they could have done, and it is proof of their maturity as they journeyed toward adulthood.
After watching First Frost, I just canβt see Zhang Rounan in any other roleβ¦ Iβm still not over Wen Yifan
I understand you coz I felt the same with Han Seokkyu; he had occupied my brain as Kim Sabu and couldn't watch him in another role. I feel that as viewer, but it's so unfair for the actors. At the end of the day, that's their job, to act and impersonate all kind of different characters every time. And they do it well. So please, give another chance because this drama is definitely worth it.
Can't accept there are only nine episodes left. πππ I could watch it for a lifetime.
I can't praise the actors enough. Not only the leads, but also the supporting cast is doing a marvelous job. Look how pissed off we all are with Feng Lin! (although Lin Mai is equally pissing me off in the last episodes.)
I know it's not going to happen, but I'm wishing for a second season so badly...π
This whole scene is absurd because she's supposed to take levels using a level instrument ALONE.π€¦ββοΈ…
Hahaha, you know nothing about the job and yet you doubt an engineer based on a quick google search. No love, she couldn't cross check without a leveling rod. When they packed things in the car, there were two instrument boxes, the small one was for the level instrument and the large one was probably a total station. Google to find out what that is and what is needed for it to take measurements. I won't bother to educate you. Advice: try not to embarass yourself next time and express opinion only for the things you know.
I donβt understand why she stayed alone at that site π€·π½ββοΈ. That was totally unnecessary. And she…
This whole scene is absurd because she's supposed to take levels using a level instrument ALONE.π€¦ββοΈ Just how??? There should be somebody holding the leveling rod you know. Without it, no measurement can be taken. I am surveyor engineer and laughed so hard at this scene! π
I have watched only a few cdramas, but L&P comes second in my list after TFF. I don't know how many times I have rewatched some scenes. I loved the main leads and I hope they could reunite one day.
I wish Esom would come back.Shame itβs not gonna happen.
Her absence is showing. π I know I'm gonna get beaten for saying this, but I'm disappointed with the sequels. I don't know what it is, but there is definitely something missing. Action scenes are good, but they aren't enough for me to say I fully enjoyed the first two episodes.
guys just some info if u are contemplating abt this!!is the ml rich? - he is rich but not chaebol rich! his parents…
Could you please share info about the painting plagiarism arc? I have just finished ep.5 and don't think I can watch a dragging plagiarism case. Thank you in advance.
I am the minority, but I'm dropping this drama. The constant plotting and scheming of Garam's enemies has got on my nerves and I can't watch the relevant scenes, which practically means I had to skip almost the entire episode. I love Yoon Kyesang, and I hope his next choice will sit well with me.
I am at episode 10 and I don't think I'm going to finish the show. Reason? AHN SUNG JAE!!!
I found his scoring of Chef Edward Lee in the Round of 8 (cook for my life challenge) not only unfair... it was mean and showed a well hidden envy, imo. He masterfully tried to cover up his envy and pettiness under the cloak of Korean culinary identity.... conveniently forgetting that probably he, throughout his career, as well as millions of chefs on the planet experiment themselves with variations of Italian, French and other ethnic dishes under their original names. The amount of hypocrisy!
Perhaps he was just following orders from the production, however, stabbing at the back a fellow Chef who's more famous than him (mind you, how many Chefs have the privilege of being the head Chefs in the White House) and since he had NOTHING to say about the taste... was too much for my standards.
My favorite Chefs are Edward Lee, Triple Star and the two underdogs who were played dirty: the Comic Book Chef and the Self-Made Chef.
I love them!
The second couple is equally good.
