Jungsoon is annoying, but she's straightforward and honest; her role is to express loudly what everyone else thinks but doesn't say due to courtesy or why not? hypocrisy. I am enjoying her outbursts, and, honestly, grandma deserved what she got coz she played a huge role in SY's unhappiness, and still does.
WR might be the heir eventually, but I don't think he'll play that role in the future simply because he isn't trained for it. Besides, he's keen on a bohemianis style of life, I can't imagine him dressed with three part suits, sitting in an office all day and taking decisions.
