In the preview she said something like "I am the daughter in law". This could mean either that she's so confident everything is going according to plan, or that she IS anxious. I hope it's the latter. However, as much as I agree with your analysis, I believe that the writers are of different mind. I see her all happy and rich at the end, like nothing has happened. Woori is the man Hyunsung can never be. I admired so much his fearless, outspoken confrontation with Mari; he put her in her place leaving her speechless and stunned coz everything he said was so true; it must have been new to her to meet someone who's not willing to become another flatterer.

Honestly, Mari is so obnoxious that part of me wishes Woori wouldn't accept her as his mother or register with her family registry. I'm fed up with her tantrums, her sour attitude and her absurdities.
